Ask Leo : when is the best time to buy into the market?

Every blog I read these days seems to be a praise on how and what they have archived since they started investing in crypto.
My story is far from this reality, hence my asking leo,how the cubs are making it? in what seems to be a concreat jungle for me.

Ever since I came into the space the markets have been on a serious nose dive. I now feel its always waiting for me to buy into projects before it seriously dips. My story has been, an I just bought the dip and the dip keeps dipping. I feel like the real life wojack from low budget stories, lol.

The space has a lot of amazing projects, it looks like they are solving real life problems and headed somewhere I dont want to miss . To be honest I am sold on to crypto and whatever it is doing I am just tired of making losses and throwing money in a bottomless pit.

I hear people talking about a plan, What is that? How does one formulate it? Where do they go to start formulating it?.

I am not a persimistic in nature and still very bullish on the space.

With a.. that said. When is the right time to buy into these projects?
