Absolutely agree with you on this concept, both sides can bring beauty, but you know, we just have to be open to seeing it. Yes, as with many things, seeing the days is connected to emotions, but on the other side, we can work on them. Well, we should work, but I know when there are some traumas or really deep sadness it is not easy (🤗)
You also gave me an idea now, to try to see three things in each case. Such a good attitude and excellent test. Maybe, is we all would do this, we would find more happy moments in our lives :))

Hi @mipiano , absolutely agree with you, it is really wonderful when we can find new ways to feel positive emotions and be happy, despite the color of the sky, the weather of the day or even other situations. Seeing the beautiful in our days will always be a healing therapy.
