Today I want to share with you what was the little celebration I did for my treasure, my son Aidan Jose, who had his birthday last May 11th. Although he is still a very innocent child, I know that he will continue to grow both physically and mentally and will become a man in the blink of an eye. The years go by very fast, that's why I want to enjoy every moment and every birthday of his life. It seems like yesterday when he was only 5 years old and all his antics made me laugh and made me happy even in the saddest moments. This year, in spite of the difficulties, I was able to make him a little sharing so that his birthday would not go unnoticed. My son is the most important person in my life, and every day I want to show him the immense love I feel for him.
El día de hoy quiero compartir con ustedes lo que fue el pequeño festejo que le realice a mi tesoro, mi hijo Aidan Jose, quien estuvo de cumpleaños el pasado 11 De Mayo. Ya son 12 años, ya mi niño dejo oficialmente la etapa infantil para entrar en la etapa de adolescencia, aunque aún sigue siendo un niño muy inocente se que seguirá creciendo tanto física como mentalmente y se convertirá en un abrir y cerrar de ojos, en un hombre, los años pasan muy rápido por eso quiero disfrutar cada momento y cada cumpleaños de su vida. Parece que fue ayer cuando apenas tenía 5 añitos y todas sus travesuras me hacían reír y me alegraban incluso en los momentos mas tristes. Este año a pesar de las dificultades, pude realizarle un pequeño compartir para que su cumpleaños no pasara desapercibido. Mi hijo es la persona más importante de mi vida, y cada día quiero demostrarle este amor inmenso que siento por él.

Aidan is in the 6th grade of elementary school, and he has excellent grades, he is a dedicated and very intelligent child, that fills me with pride because he loves to study. He is a loving and cheerful child, he is compassionate, loves animals, and he is also very understanding, he does not demand anything from me, but I still want to provide him with what he needs to lead a comfortable, calm and happy life. I know that there will not always be good times, life is also full of bad times and difficult moments, but I want him to know that he will always have me as his greatest support, and that I will do whatever it takes to achieve his well-being.
Aidan está estudiando 6to grado de primaria, y tiene excelentes notas, es un niño aplicado y muy inteligente, eso me llena de orgullo porque le encanta estudiar. Es un niño cariñoso y alegre, es compasivo, ama a los animales, y además es muy comprensivo, él no me exige nada, aún asi quiero proporcionarle lo necesario para que lleve una vida cómoda, tranquila y feliz. Se que no siempre habrán buenos momentos, la vida también esta repleta de malos ratos y momentos difíciles, pero quiero que sepa que siempre me tendrá como su más grande apoyo, y que yo haré yo que sea necesario por lograr su bienestar.

Last Wednesday after returning from school I surprised him with a mini cake, a few treats, a soda, and the presence of his godparents and his best friend. Even though we were only a few people, we had a nice time listening to his favorite music, talking and laughing. El pasado Miércoles luego de regresar de clases lo sorprendí con una mini torta, unas cuantas golosinas, una gaseosa, y la presencia de sus padrinos y su mejor amigo. A pesar de que fuimos pocas personas, pasamos un rato agradable escuchando su música favorita, conversando y riendo. Fue un momento muy sencillo, pero muy significativo para todos, mi hijo adora pasar ratos así. Ese día como todos los años, desee lo mejor para su vida y le prometí que cada cumpleaños hare lo que esté a mi alcance para celebrar su día especial. Espero que este pequeño detalle le deje hermosos recuerdos. Se vendrán años donde le podré realizar fiestas mas grandes, pero de cualquier manera sé que mi hijo disfrutara cada compartir sea grande o pequeño. Solo me queda decirles que disfruten y creen recuerdos bonitos con sus hijos, no se limiten por la falta de dinero o de tiempo, ellos van a valorar hasta los pequeños detalles.
