En mi niñez escuché muchas canciones que para ese entonces tenían un significado muy diferente al de hoy, incluso escuché mucha música en inglés que ni siquiera entendía y hoy al poder traducir la letra me han llegado a gustar mucho más que en esos años.

Un ejemplo de lo que les comento es la canción Ángel de Cristian castro, debe ser por el hecho de que sólo recuerdo el coro y yo pensaba que era una canción dedicada a un niño, además de que el último coro es cantaba por una voz muy tierna de un chiquito. Unos años más tarde al tener el contexto completo entiendo que es una canción de pareja pero yo prefiero dejarla con el otro sentido, creo que se presta para eso.

In my childhood I listened to many songs that back then had a very different meaning than today, I even listened to a lot of music in English that I didn't even understand and today when I was able to translate the lyrics I have come to like them much more than in those years.

An example of what I am telling you is the song Angel by Cristian Castro, it must be due to the fact that I only remember the chorus and I thought it was a song dedicated to a child, besides the last chorus is sung by a very tender voice of a little boy. A few years later when I have the complete context I understand that it is a couple song but I prefer to leave it with the other meaning, I think it lends itself to that.

Creo que todos tenemos un ángel en la vida, puede ser una persona o quizás algo que nos motiva a seguir cada día, ese amor que con su presencia nos alivia el dolor o esa sonrisa que con sólo mirarla hace que la angustia termine. Si, los que me conocen saben que tengo un hijo y que si antes esta canción tenía un significado especial para mí, ahora mucho más, aunque amo a mi esposo, puedo decirles amar a un ser al que le dí vida es algo que a veces cuesta explicar con palabras, y definitivamente si hay alguien que me hace pensar que todo vale la pena es él, quien me hace parar de la cama cuando estoy triste y quién me hace pensar al tomar cualquier decisión. Cada uno de nosotros tiene un motivo, una razón que nos hace despertar cada mañana, quizás es la música, es nuestra profesión, es alguien o es algo.

I believe that we all have an angel in life, it can be a person or perhaps something that motivates us to continue every day, that love that with its presence relieves us of pain or that smile that just by looking at it makes the anguish end. Yes, those who know me know that I have a son and that if before this song had a special meaning for me, now much more, although I love my husband, I can tell you to love a being to whom I gave life is something that sometimes is hard to explain with words, and definitely if there is someone who makes me think that everything is worth it is him, who makes me get out of bed when I'm sad and who makes me think when making any decision. Each one of us has a motive, a reason that makes us wake up every morning, maybe it's music, maybe it's our profession, maybe it's someone or something.
