Disfrutando de un paseo en la playa (Esp/Eng)

Este domingo que pasó fuimos a pasar el día a casa de los Pacheco Vinces del hijo mayor de mi esposo, después de haber almorzado un rico ceviche de sardinas con tostones de plátanos (chifles) la nuera Cristina, nos preguntó si queríamos ir de playita, a lo que yo le dije si, así fue como se cambió rápido ella y luego pasamos por mi casa cambiandome tambien con mi esposo, y salimos de viaje rumbo vía a Manta en el carro de ellos, el viaje fue largo porque ellos decidieron ir a otro lugar llamado "Liguiqui" de San Mateo, para aventurar un poco, conocer el sitio, pasar un buen rato y disfrutar el momento. Por la hora había más llovizna y poco resplandor del sol.

Hace día atrás estaba yo con deseos de ir a la playa, tomar del resplandor del sol, un poco de ese aire yodado con aniones que oxigena nuestros pulmones y también deseaba poder caminar en la arena, desestrezarme un poco de la cotidianidad y mirar hacia el horizonte, disfrutar un rato del mar. Que bueno que fuimos así sea un rato.

This past Sunday we went to spend the day at the house of the Pacheco Vinces of my husband's eldest son, after lunching a delicious sardine ceviche with plantain tostones (chifles) the daughter in law Cristina, asked us if we wanted to go to the beach, to which I said yes, That's how she changed quickly and then we went to my house changing also with my husband, and we left on our way to Manta in their car, the trip was long because they decided to go to another place called "Liguiqui" of San Mateo, to venture a little, to know the place, have a good time and enjoy the moment. For the hour there was more drizzle and little sunshine.

A day ago I was eager to go to the beach, to enjoy the sunshine, a bit of that iodized air with anions that oxygenates our lungs and I also wanted to walk on the sand, to de-stress a little from everyday life and look at the horizon, enjoy the sea for a while. It's a good thing we went for a while.

Pero muchas veces las cosas no salen como uno desea, (porque deseaba ir a solas con mi esposo, pero él siempre ocupado) así que apenas nos invitaron yo dije sí, más cuando uno es el invitado, lo que se hace es dejarse llevar y disfrutar ese momento, en la vía atravesamos por tres ciudades, salimos de Portoviejo, atravesamos por Montecristi y llegamos a Manta y nos desviamos por la parte de afuera observando como ha cambiando y crecido la Ciudad. Al desviarnos comenzamos a subir atravesando por montañas con un bello paisaje, con muchas curvas, habia lugares que la carretera era escasamente estrecha, hasta llegar a un mirador donde se ve el ancho mar, comenzamos a bajar y llegamos a esa playa, en donde metí mis pies en el agua, caminé un buen rato, ya no había casi resplandor del sol, luego después de estar ahí comenzó a llovisnar y tuvimos que irnos del lugar, lo importante que disfrute el momento.

Después de haber salido del lugar, nos regresamos recorriendo varios lugares tomando fotos y pasando por otros pueblos recordando ciertos lugares que desde hacía años atrás no veíamos y ver como han avanzado y prosperado todos estos lugares, me alegré, nada como andar en carro propio sin estrés y en familia.

Me encantó salir con mi esposo y con Felix y Cristina, siempre hemos mantenido una buena relación con ellos (yo en lo particular), no solo con él sino con todos los hijos. Estos chicos se parecen a nosotros les gusta agarrar fin de semana y salir. Mi esposo a veces se abstiene porque no le gusta andar de pasajero, pero a mi me da igual, para mi lo importante es salir.

But many times things do not go as one wishes, (because I wanted to go alone with my husband, but he is always busy) so as soon as we were invited I said yes, more when one is the guest, what you do is to let yourself go and enjoy that moment, on the way we went through three cities, we left Portoviejo, we went through Montecristi and arrived in Manta and we turned off the outside watching how the city has changed and grown. When we turned off we began to climb through mountains with a beautiful landscape, with many curves, there were places that the road was barely narrow, until we reached a viewpoint where you can see the wide sea, we began to descend and reached the beach, where I put my feet in the water, I walked for a while, there was almost no sunshine, then after being there began to rain and we had to leave the place, the important thing to enjoy the moment.

After we left the place, we went back, touring several places taking pictures and passing through other towns remembering certain places that we had not seen for years and seeing how all these places have advanced and prospered, I was happy, nothing like riding in your own car without stress and with family.

I loved going out with my husband and Felix and Cristina, we have always maintained a good relationship with them (me in particular), not only with him but with all the children. These kids are similar to us, they like to take a weekend and go out. My husband sometimes abstains because he doesn't like to be a passenger, but I don't care, for me the important thing is to go out.

Al lugar que habiamos decidido ir primero estaba full, así que nos devolvimos para seguir más adelante hasta llegar al otro sitio en donde nos bajamos. En el lugar habia bastante piedras,e inclusive dentro del agua, así que no nos pudimos bañar, solo meter los pies, lo importante es que pasamos los cuatros un buen rato, conversamos bastante.

Al retorno después de bajar las montañas, decidimos regresar por el pueblo de San Mateo y agarrar la orilla de playa (llamado la ruta del Sol) para llegar a Manta y atravesar por el centro de la Ciudad, la verdad fue un gran recorrido con varias paradas, comernos una parrilla bien sabrosa.

Al salir de Manta hermosa Ciudad portuaria, retornamos a casa, ya casi me tocaba entrar en un zoom con unos amigos del cual les hablaré en otro post. Este viaje de improvisto fue muy bueno, porque pasamos un rato chevere. Quedamos en volver salir más temprano la próxima vez e irnos dos días y alquilar una cabaña, solo nos resta esperar ese dia, para disfrutarlo con todas las ganas como uno se merece.

The place we had decided to go first was full, so we went back to continue further until we reached the other place where we got off. The place had a lot of rocks, and even in the water, so we could not bathe, just put our feet, the important thing is that the four of us had a good time, we talked a lot.

On the way back after descending the mountains, we decided to return through the town of San Mateo and take the beach shore (called the route of the Sun) to reach Manta and go through the center of the city, the truth was a great tour with several stops, eating a very tasty grill.

Leaving Manta beautiful port city, we returned home, and I almost had to enter a zoom with some friends of which I will tell you in another post. This impromptu trip was very good, because we had a great time. We agreed to leave earlier next time and go for two days and rent a cabin, we just have to wait for that day, to enjoy it with all the desire as one deserves.
