¡Hola, mi gente linda! ¿Cómo la estan pasando hoy? Espero que maravillosamente bien. Aunque por ahora mi viajero aún no ha llegado. Sin embargo hay que disfrutar de los momentos hermosos que te regala la vida. Así que ayer la pasé fabulosamente bien y paso por esta hermosa comunidad Family&Friends
a la cual amo, para compartir mi felicidad.

Cómo todos los domingos ayer me levanté mas temprano, agradecí a Dios, por un día mas de vida, por poder respirar, por la familia y demás cosas que hacemos. Luego me dispuse hacer mi café y mi desayuno sencillo y comencé a prepararme rapido para asistir a la Iglesia, en donde pasaría parte de la mañana.

Luego regresé a casa, con un poco de calor, eso ya es normal, me dispuse a hacer un caldo de huesos carnudos de chancho (cochino o cerdo) no sopa, sino un caldo, busqué todos los ingredientes: avichuelas, zanahoria, cebolla, pimiento, ajo, montes, condimentos, papas, entre otros y mano a la obra. Sólo esperé que tuviese listo y a comer.

Like every Sunday, yesterday I woke up early, thanked God for one more day of life, for being able to breathe, for the family and other things we do. Then I got ready to make my coffee and my simple breakfast and started to get ready quickly to go to church, where I would spend part of the morning.

Then I returned home, with a little heat, that's normal, I set out to make a broth of fleshy pig bones (pork or pig) not soup, but a broth, I looked for all the ingredients: beans, carrots, onions, peppers, garlic, mounts, seasonings, potatoes, among others, and I got to work. I just waited for it to be ready and I was ready to eat.

La verdad, mi caldo me quedó bueno, pero un poco grasoso para mi gusto, pero igual me lo disfruté y guardé otra parte. Pero antes de servirme recibí una llamada de Cris, una de las nuera de mi esposo, para preguntar si estaba en casa, a lo cual dije si, me dice baja. Me alegré por que ellos siempre agarran ir de paseo, pero esta vez no fue así, pasaron a ver como estaba, conversamos un corto tiempo y me dieron una bandeja con una porción de chancho, cochino horneado semi dulce a leña.

A penas subí lo abrí, olía delicioso, como semi ahumado y no me aguanté así que lo prove, tiene una textura riquísima. Agradecí por esa provisión y pensé ya tengo para mis desayunos o cena de dos dias, con arepa o para hacerme un sándwich de pernil con una salsa de cebolla y lechuga. Así que lo disfrutaré sólita.

I was thankful for that supply and I thought I already had enough for my breakfast or dinner for two days, with arepa or to make a sandwich of pork leg with onion and lettuce sauce. So I will enjoy it alone.

Pero ahí no termina la sorpresa, en eso me llama @sarybeth para decirme que estábamos invitadas ésta tarde noche a casa de la otra nuera a cenar pescados, a lo cuál me dije dentro de sí, maravilloso. Así que he disfrutado mi día, aunque sola en casa, pero me ocupo en leer un poco, jugar un rato mi crucigrama de letras y números, tambien escribiendo un poco y a la vez escuchando música romántica que mi vecino puso a volumen alto.

Asi fue que nos reunimos en familia anoche, en casa de Carlos con Chary, él es el segundo de los hijos de mi esposo y su nuera, compartiendo un momento, hablamos un poco de nuestro viajero en comun, comí mis ricos y delicioso pescados chicos llamados camotillos, su sabor es exquisito, saben a camarones, lo disfruté ya que amo comer pescado con ensalada y platano. Luego de pasar con ellos, regresamos a casa temprano. Pues los chicos iban a una reunion. Asi terminé mi noche ayer. Como no agradecer a mi Dios por todo y por tanto, por todo lo bueno que ha sido conmigo y con mi familia.

But that's not the end of the surprise, when @sarybeth calls me to tell me that we were invited tonight to the other daughter-in-law's house for fish dinner, to which I said to myself, wonderful. So I have enjoyed my day, although alone at home, but I am busy reading a little, playing my letters and numbers crossword puzzle for a while, also writing a little and at the same time listening to romantic music that my neighbor put on loud.

So we met as a family last night, at Carlos' house with Chary, he is the second of my husband's children and his daughter in law, we shared a moment, we talked a little about our common traveler, I ate my rich and delicious small fish called camotillos, its taste is exquisite, it tastes like shrimp, I enjoyed it since I love to eat fish with salad and banana. After spending time with them, we returned home early. The kids were going to a meeting. That's how I ended my night yesterday. How can I not thank my God for everything and for so much, for all the good he has been to me and my family.
