FUNGIFRIDAY : AURICULARIA AURICULA-JUDAE & BRISTLY TROPICAL CUP / COOKEINA (31 Photos)
Hello mushroom lovers friends, as usual when Friday comes I will share some photos of mushrooms to the fungifriday community, and today I will only share two mushrooms this week, these are photos of mushrooms that I found when I was trying to hunt for mushroom photos in the forest which is not far from my house in Aceh - Lhokseumawe, I took this photo of mushrooms on Tuesday with my friend named @akukamaruzzaman, I must admit that I didn't find so many mushrooms that day, even it was raining at night, and I didn't see mold growing around it as usual.
Okay buddy, without being too long in the introduction, let me just invite you to see some photos of mushrooms that I will share on this occasion, below are two mushrooms that I will share with all of my friends, hope you like it ;)

First Mushroom - Auricularia Auricula-judae
This is the first mushroom I'm going to share with all of my friends, when I tried to match photos on Google lens I came across several names pointing to this mushroom, including Dumontinia but after I saw an image on google image with that name , I don't think this is a photo of the same mushroom that I shared, which is fundamental because the mushrooms I share don't have stems, Dumontinia look like they have stems.
Then I also found another name for the mushroom that I shared on google lens, there I found the name "Ear Mushroom" or also called Auricularia auricula-judae, and I think this is the right name for the mushroom I share, it turned out that the mushrooms that I shared had fibers that resembled ears, although they didn't completely look like ears, maybe because the mushrooms I shared were still small.
Here I will also quote some explanations on wikipedia that explain the mushrooms that I share, on wikipedia it is written that;
"Auricularia auricula-judae, which has the recommended English name jelly ear, is a species of fungus in the order Auriculariales. Basidiocarps (fruit bodies) are brown, gelatinous, and have a noticeably ear-like shape. They grow on wood, especially elder.. . . . ." - Read More On Wikipedia
Okay friends, below are some photos of a mushroom called Auricularia auricula-judae that I will share with all of my friends, and by the way the photos I share were taken using a smartphone room and the help of a macro lens, hope you guys like it;
This is the size of the mushroom that I share on this occasion which I align with my fingers

Second Mushroom - Cookeina / Bristly Tropical Cup
This is a mushroom I've shared a few weeks before, but when I looked at the mushroom list for the last 7 weeks in my post, I didn't see a picture of this mushroom there, so I chose to re-share this mushroom photo in this post once again.
However, friends also need to know that this is a photo that I took a few days ago, namely on Tuesday as I said in the introductory paragraph above, the name of the second mushroom that I share on this occasion is called "Cookeina" or also known as with the name "Bristly Tropical Cup", here I will also share some explanations that explain the mushrooms that I share on wikipedia, there it is written that ;
"Cookeina is a genus of cup fungi in the family Sarcoscyphaceae, members of which may be found in tropical and subtropical regions of the world. Species may be found on fallen branches of angiosperms, . . . . " - Read More On Wikipedia
Okay friends, below are some photos of a mushroom called the Bristly Tropical Cup that I will share on this occasion, and the mushrooms that I share are also taken using a smartphone camera and the help of a macro lens, hope you like it ;)

Okay buddy, that's all I can share at this Friday meeting, sorry if there are some words that are difficult to understand, because I'm still using "Google translator" help to translate my writing into English. See you next Friday, Happy #fungfriday and and peace love greetings.
