MONOMAD : DAMSELFLIES / DAMSELFLY
To take part in today's #monomad contest, I'd like to show you some macro photo of an animal.
The animal that I will show today to all of my friends is included in the insect class, the insect in my post this time is called Damselflies or Damselfly, this is the name I found when I matched photos in my gallery on google lens.
Are Damselflies the same as Dragonfly?
The answer is no, the basic difference between damselflies and dragonfly is in their posture, if damseflies have a slender body, then dragonfly has a larger body than damseflies.
Another difference is that when they are still or resting, damselflies usually close their wings when they are resting, while dragonflies usually open their wings when they are resting.
I took this insect photo on Monday, along with the spider photo I shared yesterday, as I said earlier that when I took this photo of damselflies, I saw a spider sitting on a tin fence.
The color of the damselflies that I share in this post is black, and on the bottom of the eye there is an aqua color, also on the body line there is an aqua color too, if you want to know the original color of the damselflies that I share in this post, you can see it below , there I added two photos that I didn't convert to black and white.
Okay friends, below are some photos that I will show to friends, all the photos that I show in this post were taken using a smartphone camera and the help of a macro lens, hope you like it. 🤗
