Splinterlands Card Review: Larissa Kerato
There are many types of cards in the Splinterlands game, some of which are very popular with players. One such excellent card is Larissa Kerato. This card is usually used more in Guild Battles or Guild Brawls than in normal battles. It is a legendary gladiator card of the Dragon element. This card helps a lot in fighting in Guild Battles and if you play according to the right rules, you can easily win matches with it. I also like this card a lot and it performs very well during the game.

To play this card, we have to use seven mana. At the first level, this card has a fairly average power and life. Its magic attack power is two and its speed is also two. At the first level, it has no armor and its health or life is only three. Although three health may seem like a small amount, the special abilities it has make this card very powerful. The power of gladiator cards is a little different from normal cards, which can be understood midway through the game.

The biggest advantage of the Larissa Kerato card is its two special abilities at its first level. Its first ability is called Double Strike. This means that this card can attack twice per round. Since it is a magic attacking card, it can deal a total of four damage per round, which directly reduces the enemy's life. Magic attacks usually avoid the enemy's armor and directly hit life, so having Double Strike is a great advantage for this card.

Its second ability is Bloodlust. This is a special quality of all gladiator cards. Whenever Larissa kills an enemy card with her own attack, all of her abilities such as attack power, speed, armor, and life increase by one. Due to its Double Strike, it can easily defeat any weak enemy card and makes itself stronger with each round through Bloodlust. Once Larissa can kill a card, its power starts to increase and it becomes much more difficult for the opponent to stop it later.

The more the card is leveled up, the more its power also increases. The process of increasing the level of this card is quite beautiful. For example, in the first level, where there are only Double Strike and Bloodlust, after going to the second level, it gets a new ability called Void. Due to having this Void ability, Larissa can protect herself a lot from the opponent's magic attacks and get less damage. Then when the card goes to the third level, it gets the ability called Triage. The function of this Triage ability is to slightly increase the life or heal other weak or injured cards in the back row of its team during the game. And when this card reaches the fourth or highest level, it gets the stun ability. Due to its stun ability, Larisa's hit stuns enemy cards for one round and prevents them from attacking themselves.

It is best to follow some simple strategies when using this card in the game. Since Larisa only has three lives, she should never be placed on the first line or in the tank position. If placed on the first line, she can die with the first enemy hit. Therefore, it is always best to place her on lines three or four so that other cards can guard her from the front and she can do her job from the back. Since it is a dragon card, it can be easily used with any element, which gives players a huge advantage. Larisa works especially well with summoners that increase magic attacks or life. During the game, you should always try to ensure that Larisa gets the first kill or the opportunity to kill the enemy, because once Bloodlust is activated, her life and strength increase a lot and then she stays on the field for a long time.
Overall, Larisa Kerato is a very useful and popular card for guild battles. Although it has a slightly lower life, its attack power and Bloodlust advantage easily make up for that. If placed in the right place and used wisely in the normal rules, this card alone can change the outcome of an entire fight.
