The Story and Rewards of Reaching Splinterlands Modern Gold 1 Despite the Busyness

Each new season of the Splinterlands game brings new challenges and excitement for the players. My experience this season was a bit different and quite difficult. Due to personal busyness and lack of time, it became quite difficult for me to devote time to the game regularly. However, despite being very busy, I did not give up on my goal. Finally, after playing several exciting and competitive matches, I was able to reach the Modern Gold 1 (modern gold i) league today. This achievement was not easy, but at the end of the day, when the goal is achieved, the feeling of hardship disappears. In today's article, I am sharing with you the entire journey of reaching the Gold 1 league and the details of the rewards or prizes received after this achievement.

Nowadays, playing in the Modern format of Splinterlands has become quite competitive. To win every match here, the right strategy, the right combination of cards, and anticipating the opponent's moves are very important. In my case, the biggest obstacle was time. I didn't get much time to play the game after my daily work. As a result, it became quite difficult to increase my rating step by step and maintain my position. Sometimes, there was a fear of losing a few matches in a row and falling to the lower league or rank. However, I tried to learn from each match patiently and changed my strategy by analyzing the weaknesses of my opponent. After several nerve-wracking matches and tough battles, the door to Modern Gold 1 finally opened for me, which was a very satisfying moment for me.

After unlocking the Gold 1 league, I got the opportunity to get some pretty cool rewards or loot. As you can see in the screenshots, this time I got the opportunity to open a total of 15 chests. Out of these, 9 were normal quality bronze chests and 6 were comparatively high quality gold chests. An important feature of the game is the use of potions while claiming loot. I already had some potions in my inventory. Of which there were 103 legendary potions and 79 alchemy potions. I decided to use these potions when opening the chests, which slightly increased the chances of getting good quality or gold foil cards.

The rewards I received after opening the chests really made my hard work this season worthwhile. A brief description of the rewards is given below:

1. Cards: Several important cards have been added to my collection as rewards. These include the fire elemental card Magmaforged, the Withered Old Sage which is a rare Draconian card, and the neutral card Ironwing Juggernaut. I also got the Earth element Husk of the Hunter, Fire element Dragonfang Lancer, and Life element Palimpsest Prophet cards. These cards will help strengthen my deck in the coming seasons. For example, the Withered Old Sage card is in the rare category, so it can play a very effective role in certain rules.

1. Merits: I got 153 Merits, which are very important for the guild's activities. Using these, it will be possible to buy Gladiator Packs later, which play a role in the overall progress of the game.

2. Energy: I got some extra energy as a reward for continuing the gameplay, which will allow me to play more matches in the future and improve my rating.

1. Tournament Entry and Potion Charges: The rewards also included Tournament Entry Tokens and Alchemy Potion Charges, which will be useful for participating in other in-game activities and upgrading cards.

Overall, the end of this season was quite positive for me. Despite being so busy, it was really nice to be able to unlock the Modern Gold 1 League and collect so many exciting rewards. That's the beauty of Splinterlands—it's where patience and hard work pay off. I'll try to do better in the coming seasons and find time to play regularly.
