Singaporean rice platter

Hi everyone, how are you? Hope you are enjoying your holiday with your family and friends. Yesterday night, my son was not in the mood to sleep. He was just roaming around the room even though the lights were off. I forcefully brought him to bed at 2 o'clock.

Today I'm not very much feeling energetic. I want to sleep more but can't due to my house chores. On Sunday, I have to iron clothes for a week like my husband's dresses. Daughter's uniform and also Ibrahim's clothes. He has to get ready daily because his foremost duty is to send and bring back her sister from school. He is 15 months old. But he is so punctual. He wakes up exactly 10 minutes before I'm going to send my daughter to school.
Anyhow, today I'm going to make a Singaporean rice platter. Here is the recipe :

  • Ingredients

Chicken Marination:

Oil. 2 tablespoons
ginger garlic paste. 1 tablespoon
chicken ½ kilogram
soy sauce. 1 tablespoon
vinegar. 1 tablespoon
red chilli powder. 1/2 teaspoon
black pepper. 1/2 teaspoon

  • Spaghetties:

Spaghetties. ½ packet
oil. 2 tablespoons

  • Vegetables :

capsicum 1 cup
cabbage 1 ½ cup
Onion. 1 medium

  • Sauces :

soy sauce. 2 tablespoon
Vinegar. 1 tablespoon
Chilli sauce. 1 tablespoon
Salt. As per taste
Black pepper ½ teaspoon

  • Mayo Sauce:

mayonnaise. 1 cup
ketchup. ½ cup
chilli sauce. 1 teaspoon
Salt. 1 pinch
Black pepper. ½ teaspoon

  • Rice:

boiled rice. 3 cups

  • Procedure:

  • Chicken Marination:

In a bowl add all chicken Marination ingredients. Marinate them for 1 hour. Now Heat oil in a wok, and add the chicken. Cook it well.

  • Spaghetties:

Boil spaghetties in a wok. Put them in a strainer. Rinse very well. Put it aside.
Now in a wok, add oil. Put it on a heat. Then add onion and saute it. Add ginger garlic paste. Cook it for 1 minute. Now add Cappsicum and cook.
Add all the sauce in it. Now add Cabbage and cook for 2 minutes. Add salt, chicken powder and black pepper into it. Spaghetties is ready.

  • Mayo Sauce:

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl, until well combined. Mayo sauce is ready.

  • Assembling:

Spread rice in a serving dish.
Then add the spaghetties. Put cooked chicken on it. With the help of a piping bag, spread Mayo sauce on it.
Singaporean rice is ready to serve.

  • Serving :

Enough for 4 persons.

Hola a todos, ¿cómo estáis? Espero que estéis disfrutando de las vacaciones con vuestra familia y amigos. Ayer por la noche, mi hijo no tenía ganas de dormir. No paraba de dar vueltas por la habitación a pesar de que las luces estaban apagadas. Le llevé a la cama a la fuerza a las 2 de la tarde.

Hoy no me siento con mucha energía. Quiero dormir más pero no puedo debido a mis tareas de casa. El domingo tengo que planchar ropa para una semana como los vestidos de mi marido. El uniforme de mi hija y también la ropa de Ibrahim. Tiene que prepararse a diario porque su principal deber es enviar y traer a su hermana de la escuela. Tiene 15 meses. Pero es muy puntual. Se despierta exactamente 10 minutos antes de que yo vaya a enviar a mi hija a la escuela.
De todos modos, hoy voy a preparar un plato de arroz de Singapur. Aquí está la receta:
Vamos a empezar.

  • Ingredientes

Pollo marinado:

Aceite 2 cucharadas de
Pasta de jengibre y ajo. 1 cucharada de
pollo ½ kilo
salsa de soja. 1 cucharada de
de vinagre. 1 cucharada
de chile rojo en polvo. 1/2 cucharadita de
de pimienta negra. 1/2 cucharadita de

  • Espaguetis:
    Spaghetties. ½ paquete
    de aceite. 2 cucharadas soperas
  • Verduras :

pimiento 1 taza
col 1 ½ taza
Cebolla 1 mediana

  • Salsas :

Salsa de soja. 2 cucharadas soperas
Vinagre. 1 cucharada sopera
Salsa de chile. 1 cucharada sopera
Sal. Según el gusto
Pimienta negra ½ cucharadita

  • Salsa Mayo:
    Mayonesa. 1 taza
    ketchup ½ taza
    de salsa de chile. 1 cucharadita de
    de sal. 1 pizca
    Pimienta negra. ½ cucharadita

  • Arroz:

Arroz hervido. 3 tazas

  • Procedimiento:

  • Marinación del pollo:

En un recipiente agregue todos los ingredientes de la marinación del pollo. Marínelos durante 1 hora. Ahora calienta el aceite en un wok y añade el pollo. Cocínelo bien.

  • Espaguetis:

Hervir los espaguetis en un wok. Ponerlas en un colador. Enjuagar muy bien. Apártalas.
Ahora en un wok, añade aceite. Ponlo al fuego. Luego agrega la cebolla y saltéala. Añade la pasta de jengibre y ajo. Cocínalo durante 1 minuto. Ahora añada el Cappsicum y cocine.
Añade toda la salsa. Ahora agregue el repollo y cocine durante 2 minutos. Añadir sal, polvo de pollo y pimienta negra. Los espaguetis están listos.

  • Salsa Mayo:

Mezclar todos los ingredientes en un bol, hasta que estén bien combinados. La salsa de mayonesa está lista.

  • Montaje:

Extender el arroz en una fuente de servir.
Luego añade las espaguetis. Poner el pollo cocido encima. Con la ayuda de una manga pastelera, unta la salsa Mayo.
El arroz de Singapur está listo para servir.

  • Porción :
    Suficiente para 4 personas.
