Roast Dinner
Greetings reggaemuffins and foodies all over hive. It’s time to dash out again and share what we’ve been cooking up. I do love the rotisserie chicken that is sold in Costco, so today I was happy to get my hands on a whole bird.
They are quite reasonable and taste quite good. I fixed it up with some veges and dinner was ready.
I had skipped lunch and had breakfast quite early so I went hard at dinner time. Yesterday I baked a flour less banana bread - it was quite good. It has been an irie food weekend.I hope you are having a great time wherever you are on this fine globe. I leave you with a little bit of motivation I found today. Walk good.

Cyaah go wrong with the costco fowl. I always wonder how it so cheap though LOL. Long time me nuh costco. Coulda do with a trip. Cool nuh, nuh rice to di plate!
