we cook apple pies only, -- have to work out the harvest from our two apple trees. this year it was huge!

Yup, these are raspberries on a lime tart. Its the best for hot summer days.
Its ready in 30 min, no baking. I have the recipe from my friend. 💗
About the contest, dont know. Need to see the rules and my time available.
