My easy and low budgeted pancit(noodles)recipe
Hello food lovers what's up everyone?
I hope you are doing great today and for today's blog I will share my easy and low budgeted pancit(noodles) recipe.
Everytime we are running out of budget ,I usually cooked some low budgeted recipes and this pancit is my husband most requested viand.I spend $4 for it and its enough for oilur 1meal amd I able to share some of it to my brother inlaw's family.
My low budgeted pancit recipe
Ingredients
- noodles(I used japanese ramen)
-pork liver(worth $2)
-cabage
-soysauce , oystersauce and seasoning
-species like garlic,onion leaves ,onion and black pepper
-egg(optional)
-cooking oil and water
How to prepare?
I a hot pan with cooking oil, saute the garlic and onion and when it turned golden brown ,add the slice pork liver then add soysauce and blackpepper let it cook for 2 minutes then add the oystersauce and water then cover it until the liver is cook.
After the liver is already cook add the noodles and cook for about 2-3minutes then add the cabbage.
After a minute ,its already ready to serve.Garnish with onion leave and add slice boiled egg for a better presentation hahaha.
