Hola amigos. En los últimos días no me he sentido muy bien , al principio del año comencé intoxicándome por varios días y costó un poco que se me quitara la intoxicación en busca de no querer intoxicarme más traté de no comer muchas cosas que me podían hacer mal y creo que me pasé y no tuve una adecuada alimentación.

Hace un año me dio gastritis y estuve hospitalizada varios días, ahorita nuevamente me dio gastritis , el dolor es horrible 😞 realmente quema , arde y no te deja estar tranquila en todo el día pero en las noches es cuando más se intensifica y no te deja dormir bien.

Estoy tomando el tratamiento para la gastritis pero lo que menos quería era tener que salir corriendo de noche a comprar todo nuevamente porque se intensificaba el dolor y así fue como pasó . De por si es una muy mala sensación el hecho de enfermarse y hay que sumarle a eso que por el hecho de la situación país (soy de Venezuela ) en ocasiones no consigues el medicamento que es y toca buscarlo en varios sitios o buscar otro médicamento como alternativa además de los altos costos lo cual lo hace aún más engorroso .

Fui a farmatodo que es donde se encontraba la mayoría de los medicamentos y para completar la situación había que sumarle que mi mamá también estaba enfermando de una virosis por lo cual estaba también sintiéndose mal así que además de comprar mis medicamentos aproveché y compré 2 de mi mamá , y una bebida con electrolitos para reponer las defensas que siento que tenía por el piso .

El total gastado en medicina fue de un aproximado de 20$ que es el tratamiento solo para 1 semana , espero mejorar esta semana para que se pueda ajustar el tratamiento la semana que viene y tenga que comprar menos cosas y sentirme mucho mejor y poder dormir tranquila .

Añadiéndole algo a todo lo acontecido , es increíble como a penas me da gastritis bajo tanto de peso de un solo golpe 😩
