Monomad Rocky Mountains in Alberta Canada

These mountains tower over and dominate the landscape around them, just as many peaks like these do. They can be seen from hundreds of miles away, and even when you're hundreds of feet away, they are so immense that it's hard to really take it all in with just a single frame. The contrast between black and white really adds to the mystery of these mountains; it also highlights the many lines and textures and makes me want to reach out and touch them.
