Sunrise at the edge of Downtown Calgary

Watching the sunrise above the downtown Calgary skyline is a neat experience I don't get to do often enough. My vantage point was SAIT Hill, which overlooks the city and affords a great view of downtown. This is one end of the array of skyscrapers, and in a few moments, the colors in the sky change quite dramatically. The sky went from yellow to bright orange until the fiery globe we call the sun started to rise above the buildings in all its magnificence.

Very beautiful shot of the sunrise you managed to capture, you chose an excellent vantage point to appreciate the sunrise that was rising over the downtown Calgary skyline.

Thanks, I almost felt a little lucky that day the sun did so many neat things in the sky and I remember rushing on the train to get to the top of the hill so I could catch it
