On this very happy day I want to rewrite my article in the contest that has been held by the Hive Learners community, now we have entered the 35th week in the first edition with the title love yourself. I think this is a very interesting title for us to discuss. And it also has a lot to do with ourselves, how we love ourselves. All right, friends, let's take a look at my discussion of the title.

Loving yourself is certainly a very important thing in this life but sometimes many people are too busy loving others but they don't love themselves. Loving ourselves can be loving our own health then loving our physical and loving our mental. In loving ourselves We certainly have to accept what is already in ourselves. We should never be ashamed of what we have within ourselves but we must be proud of what is within us. We also don't compare ourselves to others but we must be grateful for what we already have.

We also have to prioritize ourselves, we don't just hear ideas from other people, but we also have to develop to find our own ideas for what we want to do. Because if we keep hearing other people's advice without even thinking about our own ideas, of course that's also not a good thing, but if we have gotten advice or ideas from other people, of course we can filter it back with our own ideas. and we also have to be confident in what we have in mind to develop the best for us, it is also very necessary for us to think about it.

In learning to love ourselves, of course, it is also something that makes us think in a healthy way to develop our self-esteem. Then loving yourself in maintaining health is also one of the most important things because many people always advise others to take care of their health but sometimes they themselves cannot take care of their own health. That includes me, sometimes I always teach my younger siblings how to take care of their health and they always tell me don't smoke and don't eat bad food, but sometimes I also don't understand what I've done, even I'm also a smoker who can't take care of my own health. But I have also tried as much as possible to be able to maintain my own health both in consuming harmful foods or smoking, but until now I have found it very difficult to protect my health from these things.

In 2022 yesterday I once experienced the rock pain that I experienced, so at that time I was very afraid of my condition and after recovering from the disease I tried to take care of or love myself. After recovering from the disease I also managed my diet better and I also quit smoking for a while at that time. When I was attacked by coral disease, which I experienced every night, it was very difficult to carry out activities and my stomach was always bloated, so what I wanted to do was indeed very difficult and I was very afraid at that time.

After that I tried to love myself in maintaining my health. I got up early in the morning to heat hot water and then I drank the hot water regularly, 2 glasses every morning and 2 glasses during the day, then two glasses in the afternoon. Then I also always adjust my eating pattern because at first I didn't know that it was coral disease that affected me, but what I do know is that I have gastric disease, so I always have to maintain my diet. We have also been treated at several places in my hometown and at that time there were several natural medicines that could make the stones come out of my body and when they came out I also felt very happy and my body felt very fresh and my activities too can run smoothly again. So here we can conclude that actually taking care of and loving ourselves is indeed a very beneficial thing for us, especially for us to take care of our health, then we take care of our physical and also our mentality.

Loving yourself will boost your self esteem and increasing your confidence. You will be able to view yourself in a better light and you will find yourself doing more and more things that will be for your betterment.
