Alright all friends, now we have entered the 13th week with a very good theme for us to remember our past, which is going back to our high school days. So the 12th week we have finished in 3 editions and now we are entering the first edition in the 13th week, well friends, I made a little article according to the theme that has been determined by the community.

I often hear from people saying that the school period is the most memorable period and also the happiest time for us to get to know because at that time we can gather with friends both in learning or playing together, of course the most impressed is in the school. when we are at the level (high school) that is high school.

Even after I thought that high school was one of those times that has a million memories and we can't forget until now. When we were in high school, every morning we woke up to prepare and go to school, maybe in our school sometimes there are things that we don't fulfill with the rules, sometimes we also get punished by the fathers who teach at the school. Until now when I reminisce about my high school years, of course I have many friends who are always fun playing or studying, but until now there are some friends who have never seen each other since we graduated from high school. Maybe this is a longing that is inside of us wanting to meet again with their friends in high school. When I met them, of course I was very happy because I could gather with them again to tell the story of the times when we were in high school. All right, my friends, I will tell you a few things that I did when I was still in high school.

All my friends, in our place there are several schools that are equivalent to high school level, such as vocational schools or vocational high schools, and there is also a SUPM school, so after I graduated from junior high school then I didn't connect to high school but I At that time I chose to study at SUPM, so SUPM stands for Middle Fisheries Business School, so SUPM school is the same as high school level, but SUPM school is more for vocational schools in the marine and fisheries department.

SUPM is one of the schools in Aceh province and in Indonesia when we studied here there were only 9 SUPM schools, this is a special school in the fisheries department and this school has several majors in it. At that time I chose a major that was there, namely aquaculture, in our department we were taught to be able to open a business, namely fish farming.

As stated in the title of the contest, we are here to tell things that have made us problematic at that school. Of course, every school must have a lot of characters from the students there are stubborn and some are diligent in following the study. So friends, all SUPM schools are certainly different from high schools, because SUPM is a school with semi-military rules in that school. We were taught at that school with extreme violence if we violated a rule that existed in the school. We study here living in a dormitory and we can say this school is one of the schools that has very cheap fees, and in following the rules of this school we apply the senior junior system. Before we went to SUPM, this school had very strict rules and there were frequent beatings in the school, and when we went to school there the rules had been abolished but there are still strict rules with punishments that have been determined by the school. So in the semi-military system here, seniors can punish Junior if Junior violates the rules in the school, then if the senior violates the rules at school, the teacher has the right to punish the art. So even though the rules of the beating system in this school are no longer allowed but there is still a system of beatings in a dark way by seniors to juniors, maybe because basically this school has a beating system, until now even though it is no longer allowed to hit Juniors but occasionally in the dark there must be mass beatings like in my school days.

Indeed this school is very orderly in all the good rules starting from the morning we followed an apple for a morning run and morning exercise then after that we went home to take a shower and after taking a shower we prepared ourselves to join the breakfast apple. After following the breakfast we went to school and there was also a morning call for school absences. In all activities at the school, apples and funeral ceremonies are also applied.

Well, my friends, I include a few things that make me problematic at school.

So when we were juniors at the SUPM school, I often had problems either in not attending or smoking at school, in that case I was often punished by seniors and also from the teachers who taught at the school. At that time I really wanted to be a senior at the school and I could control the juniors who smoked so they could get punished from me. It's frankly true that when I was at school, I used to think like this, indeed, if we think about it now, it was a very unclear thought at that time. But after I became a senior at the SUPM school, I rarely had a problem with juniors smoking, because at that time I can say that one of the poor students who went to school there, I didn't have much snacks to go to school there from my parents. My snacks when I was at school there were only mediocre and nothing more like other people who went to school. But for the cost of food or housing costs have been borne by the school from government money. So when I became a senior I used my Junior because I know that if we are Junior level we definitely want to smoke but are afraid of seniors, so I take some Juniors to ask for money and I buy cigarettes and then when they smoke I take care of them so they can safe from other seniors. And at that time a lot of seniors had their own juniors, who gave them cigarettes. One time when I was guarding my juniors smoking in one of the rooms in the school dormitory, suddenly a teacher came and caught us in the room. In that room there were five of us, 2 of us, my friend and I were seniors and 3 more people were close to our juniors who we took care of to smoke. The five of us were taken to the ticket booth to be interviewed on this matter. My friend and I, who are seniors, got a heavier punishment than the three juniors, we were asked to be called parents because we had violated a very big rule because we took care of a Junior who could smoke in the school even though it was very violated the school's rules.

At that time I was a little afraid because my parents were also far from the school if they went to the school they also spent a very expensive fee, of course if I told them they were also angry with me and I asked for a way to solve this problem. Then I didn't call my parents but I only called my Uncle who was not too far from the school. So from that problem I was removed by my uncle, but I could still be angry with him and that feeling I was very afraid and wanted not to make a mistake like this again.

One more problem that I want to tell you, this is also a very difficult problem when I was in class 3 SUPM or had become the top senior in the school. So one night around 2 pm, the seniors gave punishment to Junior at a late hour like I said earlier, all the Juniors came down to the Junior dorm and told them to line up in the dorm then there were some seniors who beat them, then a student council president who was at the school came to stop the beating and many seniors did not want to stop because they wanted to punish the junior juniors who were there. Then there was a junior who denied to his senior that he was repeating himself and entered the room not wanting to reply to his friends anymore. Therefore after he entered his room 8 seniors came and beat him in the room, because 8 seniors entered the room when he was hit the Junior had a fracture in one bone in his chest, and after that all Junior were told to go inside and the other seniors also went back to their dormitories and some of the student council administrators at the school such as the student council president and his members brought the world and were immediately given to one of the health centers closest to it. So not long after that the teachers also knew about what the seniors were doing, so the teachers also gave punishment to the seniors in the school. So the 8 seniors who beat the victim in his room are the suspects in the case of heavy beating, while the other seniors are the case of light beating. So we were all lined up by birds and then punished until morning. After that we were told to call all parents to come to school and solve this problem.

The victims did not accept what he was feeling, so the victim wanted to report this case to the police, and at that time the school principal asked the victim not to report this problem but the choice of the school would be responsible for all this, after that the students the perpetrators of heavy beatings were fined 300,000 Rupiah and for light beatings, we were fined only 100,000 Rupiah per person to cover the victim's treatment and expenses for the victim.

Maybe these are cases that I have experienced when I was in high school and more precisely, I cooked it for school at SUPM. Maybe if we remember now maybe the rules that exist in the school are indeed well made because it is not allowed to do more beatings. But because the basis of the school already has a beating system, now even though it's no longer allowed to hit but occasionally or once in a while there must be beatings in the dark.

As I know that this SUPM school is indeed a school that has a very strict rule that exists in our area, but this school bears all costs except for the cost of snacks from students if the cost of eating and lodging or student clothing is borne entirely by the government. We only prepare pocket money for ourselves. Friends, for now this school is like an ordinary school that no longer has a strict rule and systems of violence no longer exist in this school. If I'm not mistaken this school only had semi-military systems until 2017 after that this school also no longer has a violence system but only has a discipline system, now they prefer to make a rule with a pocket value process, if there are students who make a mistake then they will be deducted pocket value, pocket value I mean by this is Students are given a book and wherever they go they have to carry that book in their pocket. In the book they have got a value of 100 and if they violate the rules then that value will be reduced according to the level of the rules they violated, if for example the value in the pocket book is already 75 then they are called by their parents once if they stay the value in the book 60 then they will be expelled from the school.

Maybe this is all I can share on this occasion and hopefully systems like this will no longer exist in our place because now the beating system is very violated as we know it. The important thing is that we do good to others if we do good to others then no one is bad to us.
