[RECIPE] Delicious Yellow Spiced Chicken


Hello Hive Friends… May this new year we always be healthy and happy. Today I cooked yellow spiced chicken. I cooked yellow spiced chicken using turmeric as the yellow seasoning. Turmeric contains goodness and benefits for the body, including increasing endurance, increasing appetite, fighting free radicals and many other benefits. I used chicken breast, thighs and wings. So as not to make you curious, let's just see what the ingredients are and how to make them.

DELICIOUS YELLOW SPICED CHICKEN



Step by Step Process


INGREDIENT

500gr chicken breast, wings and upper thigh


Spices

4 cloves of garlic, 8 cloves of shallots, 2 seeds of candlenut, 4 cm of ginger, 4 cm of galangal, 4 cm of turmeric, 2 bay leaves, 2 lime leaves,½ lime, 1 lemongrass stalk, 1 leek, 4 red chili

1 teaspoon salt, 2 teaspoons mushroom stock, ½ teaspoon white pepper, 1 teaspoon coriander, 5 grams brown sugar, ½ teaspoon chicken stock, 1 teaspoon oyster sauce


HOW TO MAKE

First we wash the chicken meat, sprinkle salt and add lime juice so it doesn't smell fishy

Prepare ingredients and seasonings

Roast candlenut, turmeric and ginger to make it more delicious

Add garlic, onion, candlenut, turmeric and ginger, add a little water in a blender until smooth

The spices are fine and ready to be sauteed

Prepare a frying pan for sautéing spices, add oil

Saute the spices that have been mashed

Enter the bay leaf, lemongrass, galangal and lime leaves, stir-fry until fragrant

Add salt, white pepper, coriander powder, chicken stock, mushroom broth, oyster sauce and brown sugar, mix well

Add chicken, mix well

Then add 700 ml of boiled water and mix well so that it is mixed with the spices

Let stand until the chicken is soft
