2D clay sculpture of Miu

As for making clay sculpture you will require raw clay, I've got it directly from the field. The other thing you will require is some water along with sculpting tools. I usually use butter knife blade and the sticks of brushes.

• Make a dough out of clay and press it to give shaoe of an horizontal oval shape. Don't forget that it should must be thick enough to make a perfect face

• With a stick gave all details on the body the ears, the feet and the face.

• Cut the shape which I carved out of the body and with an round shape stick top make two round eye sockets as well as ai had to add a little clay at the spot of nose to make it a bit realistic.

Ready for paint

• I had to place it in direct sunlight for a whole day to make it complete dry in order to make it ready for further process.

• First of all I painted the white part of the moi especially those eyes and the spark onside the bith eyes. Well did you noticed that Miu have crossed eyes

• I used dark grey by mixing black and blue in white to create a shade as it is in the original art.

• By using original gray I painted the whole sculpture as well as some pink for the under ears and nose 🐽.

• It was a but tricky to paint inside the eye ball some creen on top side some yellow and black ratina. This is the final image before giving additional and final details with pointer.
