Sculpting Zingu | Fanart with clay

Do you guys remember what I made last time as a fanart it was apaonting of both Zingu and Zinguini together. I've seen that here most of the community members are making drawing or digital art of the characters of game as well as that healer contest. This time I've put some effort and make a clay artifect of Zingu I already made a gaming character clay sculpture last week and I was just fine so I tried why not to make Zingu before ot gets old.

Process

Obviously for making a sculpture you will need some clay here I'm using raw clay directly from a field you can use a potter's clay or polymer clay as well both will do good as I love this kind of raw material so I'm using it.

• Just show your artistic skill and turn the clay into individual body parts of the chracter and then join them with a thin stick otherwise it will ruin your sculpture.

" Here's how it will look like after joining the parts and giving some other details like making beak and that yellow boundry as well.

• Just left it for dry overnight and some sunlight ik the day is also necessary and make sure to keep it under shade for a few time before painting 🖌️.

• Start painting by using the light colours first like here I did on the stomach and face as well.

• The head and other body parts were black as it is supposed to be do in the case of penguin 🐧.

• We all know that penguins have yellow feet but in the case of zingu which is supposed to be immature penguin so it has purple 💜 feet ( happy feet )

• It was quite tricky for me to cover that yellow boundary as my thinnest brush has gone filthy which made it a but difficult.

Final look

As an artist it makes me feel so satisfied and calming when I complete a project successfully I take the final piece in my hand look it from different angles it make me very happy.
