Buying and Eating bread, Are you familiar with freshly baked bread.
Hello Hive
The smell of freshly baked bread fills the area around every bakery and every morning it will be a delight to watch everyone come to purchase their portion of freshly baked bread
Some say fresh bread taste better than one that is 24hrs old and won't have a bite of bread that has spent a night
But I guess that hunger and poverty now makes the low class people to eat bread even from the third day, others will even go ahead to remove any bread portions with growing would so that they can eat the remaining portion of the bread.
Not knowing that a physical presence of mould is an indication of total spoilage and every portion might contain a growing spore inside already.
Who know or cares to tell us about the history of how bread came to be the fastest and most efficient first aid hunger attack meal.?
Bread must have been in existence foe long before we started having snacks and all the other pies we see around.
It might interest me to know the first bakery ever.
Growing up I felt that bread can only be eating as breakfast with tea to go with it.
Bread and tea for breakfast.
But now bread is eating at anytime even when supper delays a little we just take some slice to keep the hunger down.
Different brand of bread is sold in our neighborhood under shades, keeping it from drying out because of extreme heat.
And a debate often arise each time we want to buy buy in the house for the best brand of bread.
Having bread in the house is part of our culture and even as I type we have two big loaves on the table
Anyone can eat and at anytime to save themselves from hunger.
What do you think of bread? Let's hear your views
I can imagine the smell of it from the bakery in my area. It's awakens the spirit to get one especially when it's hot, I love to eat it then because of how it melts the butter. Bread serves as a first aid against hunger like you said. I remember eating a third day bread I bought while I was out. I was really hungry so I thought getting it and fighting the hunger was better than waiting to get home. I suffered pains after eating it and since then I stopped buying things like that instead I make sure it's the good one.
Oh dear sorry you went through that.
Keep eating good food huh.
Stay safe

I kind of dislike the new standards for packaged food. In closed envelope, pre-sliced, that's how it gets to people around here. Cooled, dry if not too old, the bakery smells gone. Too sad but that is how our culture evolved. There are exceptions, of course. Most people do not see those, though.
A good balanced diet in my opinion would include between 40-60% bread-like stuff (carbohydrates) and about 40-60% proteins.
Oh that's so Sad to know... People around here eat alot of bread and craves for quality, so bakeries are in competition and have to produce quality bread to keep customers.
Thanks for stopping by.
I love bread! I never buy it, we only eat bread that I make, sometimes, if I know I am going to be busy, I will freeze some of the dough, separating it into loaf size pieces. They defrost and make it when it is needed.
There is always bread, butter, and jam at the table. We also believe in taking a slice so you are not too hungry. You eat too much at the meal if you are starving, so being able to eat a bit before to stave off the hunger is perfect.
This was a great post and it is interesting to see the views on how people feel about the store-bought bread. Thanks again and this was awesome!
#MarketFriday has evolved over time from straight shopping to a cultural affair as it highlights how we differ and then again, how much we are alike. We have become a melting pot of culture, but, it is still the Rituals, Festivals, food, architecture, even your language/languages that separate us... Along with the fact of what is normal for where you live? These are unwritten rules that rule our social behaviors. I see this as allowing for increased tolerance between cultures and nations, and opportunities to come together on an even playing ground. A strong culture can be beneficial to a country as it promotes unity, especially during a crisis, peaceful debate, and open dialogue. I can only hope this to be true.

Thanks ma.
I must commend your effort to read every post every week. That's a whole lot of work to do and well done to you.
Thank you that's so sweet of you to say! I vote and repost them right away, but I don't have time to write comments on them immediately as I work, and I don't think I have ever been this late, but I went away for a couple days. And I am finishing up tonight so I apologize for being so late but I do like to at least read everybody before I comment. Thank you so much for your lovely, then I hope you have a great day!
No need for the apology, its really hard to manage a community blog and well as offline work. You are really balancing the time well and am so impressed.
Am happy to know that you bake your own bread, I wish I can too, so that I can always spice it if I desired.
It is really easy and only takes a few ingredients unless you want to get fancy! I showed my girls how to do it when they were 7 or 8 ! :) They turned pro by 10! LOL
