How to prepare cake parfait, nutritional value of this snack.

What category of food can I place a cake parfait, food snacks or what do you think? Because it can be prepared and eating any time of the day
- I had my first scoop of a delicious preparation of cake parfait and will like to share my experience with you
Here is another flour meal you might just want to try at home for nutrient value and taste.
I have always been allergic to milk and milk products, this was something that developed overtime when I was young and at teen and had to take too much of milk to boost my blood level.
My mum was taught that mixing raw beating eggs and milk together will increase my PVC and blood level because I was often anaemic and short of blood. After taking those two combination for years I became develop this dislike for milk and egg, the slightest drop of it on my mouth with make me throw up.
The only milk I ever took then was the one added in tea and this must be overshadowed by lots of chocolates to reduce the side effect.
Today I decided to taste this cake parfait prepared with Yoghurt and addition of milk.
Though I felt something like a heart burn stomach disturbance but maybe the addition of cocoa and flour reduce the side effect I would have felt taking pure milk or youghurt.
With all these basic ingredients for preparing cake
- Flour
- Eggs
- Butter
- Flavor ( vanilla preferably)
- Sugar
- Cocoa powder
- Baking powder.
Now a measured quantity of everything was mixed in the following process.
Butter and sugar are mixed together to a smooth paste before adding some measure of beating eggs followed by the flavour flour and baking powder
These 5 cake baking ingredients are mixed together, you might be fortunate to own an electric mixer to east the stress of turning with stick to get it properly mixed.
Cocoa powder is added to make cake have our desired chocolate taste.
Mixing of cake ingredients is completed and the next process was bake the paste in a pan

And then to make the parfait part, baked chocolate cake is broken into tiny crumbs as this and creatively served in cups.
This is done by mixing the cake and any dairy product in succession.
Add little of cake
Followed by some milk, youghurt or a blend of the two and the process is repeated until cup is filled
This is completed and our cake parfait looks inviting already
Extra dressing can be done on these using watermelon of colorful fruits to touch the top of the cup. But since this will be eating at home we ignored that.
I have always wanted to learn how fo bake and this is my second lesson learning how to make flour products from @temmycrown.
Nutritional of cake parfait
I checked up on some of the basic ingredients and the nurtrional value of the dairy product used and learnt that they are loaded with vitamins and minerals, including all of the following list of protein carbohydrates, calcium, phosphorus, potassium, vitamins A, D, B12, riboflavin and niacin.
Eggs on its own is rich in vitamins D, E K B6, calcium and zink.
