Maize challenge, Germination stage of my corn, Replanting seeds eating by birds

Planting corn isn't all hard and when you get some good seeds, there is possibility that 95% of your corn will germinate.

That is what I have here.
And as you can see, the field is totally clean and clear of grass since the corn was fleeted with chemicals right after planting to prevent weed from catching up with the crops.

One challenge that comes with planting and why some seed will not germinate is that, the birds in the sky are hungry.

Soon as you leave the farm, the come tracing your feet, dig out the corn and eat them up.

If we don't have uniform seeds in the farm after a week or at least two of planting the seeds, we go all out to replant the missing seeds.

But this cannot be done after over a month because the life circle of corn in the field must be relatively the same.

This is my second post and the stage of growth of my corn.

The soil texture is more of sandy loamy and there might be need to add fertilizer along the line.
