With every business we seek to get the best way we can maximize profit

But most at times it seems like the number of labours we acquire is just too heavy for our small businesses and we pay more to employees finances which would have remained in the business as profits.

The number of labor we employ also has a way of adding to our cost of production

For every entrepreneur into lone business or sole proprietor, learning how to cut down the number of labors employed will beat down our cost of production.

An easier way to do so is for a business owner to learn a variety of skill and do some practical works all by themselves.

For instance if I own a small business today and all the categories of work has been designated out, I must be willing to be among the workforce and carry out some of the task that I am literarily supposed to be paying for...

• Graphics and content creation

• personal marketing of my own brand

• Some simple and easy do diy's within the company.

Having to pay for all these or employing extra hands to do some of these task will demand extra fee and hence shorten the profit or increases the cost of production of my products.

A higher cost of production due to employment of many labours has its own implications on the end results of goods and we all know that no client wants to buy too expensive items just because you have failed to beat down production cost.
