Hello Hive.

I am super excited today because it is a new month and we have entered the first quarter of the year 2024, all is going well and fine so far, regardless the inflation I am making little little progress here and there, we just have to thrive in life against all odds and aside all of these I am privilege to make a new school uniform for a teenager in my neighborhood, Having nicer uniforms will help her to look presentable and improve her studies.

These days I feel like if there is just any service I can render to people especially the vulnerable who cannot help themselves I'm delighted to do so.
Imagine if you can teach a housewife how to knit and make a living for herself, or if you can teach people with skills how to blog on hive and make use of the earning to improve their living condition, that is one way to touch lives and save the destitute. When I see mature people in my neighborhood with skills I invite them to adopt hive and web3 (greater and more visibility for hive and a little source of income for these newbies) For those without skills I encourage them to learn one and even if I need to make the sacrifice and pay for their training fees I dont mind.

For teenagers who ought to still be in school 🎒🏫, I would often look into what they need to boost their education, one needs to learn how to read and write well to start off in life. Any form of empowerment needed can be sorted out.

And I can tell you that you don't need much to lift others up.
Sometimes it's not about money but the encouragements and little sacrifice we make for these people really goes a very long way.

Just last week I had made this new school uniform for a preteen who was sent out of school for wearing torn uniforms. We got some materials and I made something wearable.

Today I have one of my bigger girls, a teenager who was also in need of a school uniform. Maybe the news went round the community that I made the first uniform for free, pupils and students now find it easy to ask me of the favour of sewing their uniforms.
So long as they can get the scottish
uniform material sewing won't be a problem. School uniforms are usually a mixture of plain materials and Scottish materials for the top just like this one here. The plain materials will be sewn as the skirt while the other part will be the top.

And sewing aspect where I pleated a part of the skirt for the desired design of the school. Each school here has their unique kind of pleats for the ladies skirt

The weather hasn't been really friendly these days, everywhere is very hot and one can barely stay in the house, these day I love to stay with my tailor friend in her shop so that we can work and gist together.
But on days where the weather is better and I have a sleepless night, sewing is one thing that keeps my mind busy and off ugly thoughts.
I just sit quietly in my room and sew while listening to messages.
