How has been our day so far, I hope that we are having a good time and enjoying the very best of the day.
My birthday is in few days time and I can't explain how I feel about it.

I am usually excited whenever it is my siblings birthday and I engage in hyping them, sewing clothes for them, making sure that they take at least a beautiful picture to mark the day. But whenever my own birthday draws near I just feel indifferent.

All of the excitement often faded away when I remember the written vision for my life, I just don't feel too happy that I am only adding up more of numbers ghan achievements.

A friend of mine will always advice me to be grateful for the gift of life at least, if is only He who is alive that will live to dream and hope. As long as we are still alive everything is possible and our fortune can change at anytime as long as we are chasing hard after our dreams and doing our best. It doesn't matter the difficulties we face today someday soon our stars will shine.

I thought about what I can wear for my big day to take even if it is a picture but I am short on fabric and cash to purchase anything.

I have this black plain dress that was sitting idle and I decided to check out what I can make of it.

After preparing the front and back piece of the dress I began stitching by picking the dart lines hare

Next I joined the side seamlines and piped the necklines

It won't be nice to wear a plain black dress hence I decided to add some embroider.
There are often ready to wear appliques sold in the market in this manner.

All you need to do is to buy one and stitch on your outfit.
Then again those appliques often do not have any glitter hence I needed to do a little embellishments.
Thank goodness I have my Rhinestone applicator machine here.

With this I am able to pick the golden color stones and attach them to the dress.

Lastly I found this beautiful golden color ribbon which I decided to attach to the necklines of the dress

With that the dress is almost completed. I'm not sure if I am going to add some sleeves or any other thing. Paradventure I was lucky to purchase a beautiful fabric I will likely sew something more beautiful and beffiting buy for now I have this dress to fall back to.
