I am not in your situation, but if I was I would find something/anything I could even if it were menial or hard and just suck it up for a while. Hard labor and dirty jobs can pay well because no one wants to do them any more.

So I was doing doordash 3 years ago ended up losing my new car of 7 days old actually driving, it was totaled when I was hit. I ended up with 4 herniated disks in my back, now I can't lift things the way I used to without severe pain. No joke man it sucks.
