A cold tea to recharge my energies🍹🔋

Normally one usually has days, weeks or months where one is not completely satisfied with something, and that something always varies in many aspects, in my cases I tend to be a believer that the energies are very influential in those aspects. When I know that something is not going well with me, I usually associate it a lot with the subject of energies, what is happening in my head or in my environment that is affecting my thinking and acting appropriately for me, and I always realize that I need a positive recharge of energies.
For that, I have always opted for a hot or cold tea with honey and lemon, but lately I have found a more effective recharge in cold tea as it changes my mood and makes me super happy hehe. And it usually happens to me since I started drinking tea some time ago, when I joined the team and discovered the wonders it has.
To recharge my energies, I went to one of the most recognized coffee and tea stores in my city, called Sensi and from the moment you enter until you leave, it is a state of infinite relaxation, super quiet, has very comfortable spaces, the attention is fast and the products are of high quality. In my case, I ordered a very cold red fruit tea with lots of sugar (since I like sweet tea) and besides having low energy I was very hot, since here in Sucre there are very big heat waves these last months.
The tea was very, very good, it was at its ideal point of water and flavor, since you could feel the red fruit flavor but it was not so strong as to make you wrinkle your face, linked to the sweet sensation of sugar but to the point of being cloying, which makes you want to drink all the tea in one sitting. Why didn't I order it with honey and lemon? Because I feel that this combination goes better when tea is hot than when it is cold, so I didn't want to dare this time hehe. The important thing is that I was able to achieve my goal of feeling good again and with the best possible vibes. ⚡️
