The movie: Mission: Impossible – The Final Reckoning/ La película: Misión: Imposible – Sentencia Final (Mission: Impossible – The Final Reckoning)
I decided to watch this movie last week. I've always been a fan of the Mission: Impossible films, mainly because of Tom Cruise, so I gave it a shot to see how it was.
The movie is about what happens two months after obtaining the key that unlocks the source code of "The Entity"—an artificial intelligence that predicts human behavior and threatens to destabilize the world.
Ethan Hunt, my favorite actor, receives a message from the President of the United States, Erika Sloane. She warns him that the Entity, aided by an apocalyptic cult, is taking control of nuclear arsenals and demands that he hand over the key.
Hunt refuses because he can handle anything, and along with his team (Benji, Luther, and a spy named Grace), he looks for an alternative: finding the sunken Russian submarine "Sevastopol," which contains a key component called "Podkova" that could give the Entity total control over atomic weapons.
The film culminates in a race against time with a diving sequence inside the submarine, an aerial chase, and a final battle where Hunt must use the "Poison" (a malware created by Luther) to trick and contain the AI within a physical device.
It didn't have a bad ending. I really enjoyed it.
Esta película me decidí a verla la semana pasada. Siempre he sido seguidora de las películas de Misión Imposible preferiblemente por Tom Cruise y me puse a ver la película a ver que tal.
La película trata sobre que dos meses después de obtener la llave que abre el código fuente de "La Entidad", una inteligencia artificial que predice el como se compartan los humano y amenaza con desestabilizar el mundo.
Ethan Hunt, Mi artista esperado, recibe un mensaje de la presidenta de Estados Unidos, Erika Sloane. Ella le advierte que la Entidad, ayudada por un culto apocalíptico, está tomando el control de los arsenales nucleares y le exige que entregue la llave.
Hunt se niega porque él puede con todo y, junto a su equipo (Benji, Luther y una espía llamada Grace), busca una alternativa: encontrar el submarino ruso "Sevastopol", hundido y con un componente clave llamado "Podkova" que podría darle a la Entidad el control total de las armas atómicas.
La cinta culmina en una carrera contrarreloj con una secuencia de buceo en el submarino, una persecución aérea y una batalla final donde Hunt deberá usar el "Veneno" (un malware creado por Luther) para engañar y contener a la IA en un dispositivo físico.
No tuvo mal final. La disfruté bastante.
