🌅 This morning I actually got up early, put on some comfy clothes, and went outside to move my body for a bit 🚶‍♀️🏃‍♀️ Nothing intense, just some light exercise in the fresh air, feeling the breeze and waking up my muscles little by little 🌬️🍃 It felt so good to sweat a little under the morning sky instead of staying inside.

🧘‍♀️ After that, I sat down on the grass, no phone, no music, just me and the silence. I stayed there for a while, letting my mind slowly untangle and clear out all that mental noise 🧠💨✨ Honestly, sometimes the best thing you can do for yourself is wake up, move a little, then just sit and breathe outside. No rush. No plan. Just peace. ☁️🕊️💛

🌅 Hoy me levanté temprano, me puse ropa cómoda y salí a moverme un ratito al aire libre 🚶‍♀️🏃‍♀️ Nada intenso, solo ejercicio ligero respirando la mañana, sintiendo el viento y despertando el cuerpo poquito a poquito 🌬️🍃 Se sintió tan bien sudar un poco bajo el cielo matutino en vez de quedarme dentro.

Me quedé ahí un rato dejando que mi mente se fuera desenredando y soltando todo el ruido mental 🧠💨✨ La verdad, a veces lo mejor que puedes hacer por ti es despertarte, moverte un poco y luego sentarte a respirar afuera. Sin prisas. Sin planes. Solo paz. ☁️🕊️💛
