A life with or without social media

There is no doubt that the benefits of social media cannot be overemphasized. Social media is now a place where people do a lot of activities. People make money on social media platforms, either Web2 or Web3.

Technology has gone really far, and there are several ways in which you can make money online now. I don't want to imagine a life without social media again, not even now that people are really making a lot of money online. Some people work and shop on social media. As a person, before I had a shop, I'd sold so many of my gadgets online. Even for Hive members, I have sent them laptops without meeting them physically. All I did was collect their address and send them their goods. Without the help of social media, it would be extremely hard for me to even meet her in the first place and not talk about selling goods to her. Apart from her, I have done so many transactions on social media. And just because of social media, pressure reduces on hard labor. Like before, there's too much pressure on people and hard labor, although social media has its own bad sides. But honestly, it all depends on the way we all use it.
On WhatsApp alone, I have so many vendors that stay online 24/7 because of their work; they do not have shops; all they do is advertise their businesses online. I have people who sell clothes, shoes, and so on. Meanwhile, they are selling more than those who even have a physical job. People make millions of dollars on social media, depending on what they are doing.
So in short, social media feeds people, especially influencers. They know what they make online, and so on. So imagine a life without it; it can be very boring.

So now let me imagine myself without social media.

Well, I must say that it's really going to be hard, but not that hard. Why do I say that? Human beings adapt to any kind of situation they find themselves in. I lived in the 1990s without social media. Even in the year 2000+, before social media became so extremely nice, it was obvious that some of us did not even have a phone yet, and we were living really fine.
The fact is that you need to know how to adapt to any kind of situation. I could remember then that what we do is have fun with our friends and family.

My parents will bring all of us together and tell us beautiful stories every day about life. But ever since social media came to life, there have been lots of things that have changed. People don't spend time with their beloved family or friends again. They prefer to chat online, and so on. I must say that this is one of the bad sides of social media. The real love we used to show each other is not there again. If you happen to enter any home today, you will see all of them pressing phones separately in their rooms.
No families watch television together again or even have serious discussions, and all this has not happened before. In a nutshell, there would be more love in family if there wasn't social media, and yes, I would still be fine without it.
