CREATIVE SUNDAY: I MAKE MY STUDENTS HAPPY BY GETTING THEM A NEW TRAINING EQUIPMENTS

Hello guys welcome 🤗 to my blog i hope we are having a good day ☺️ i wish each and everyone the best in all our ramifications 🥰
Last week i talk about how i taught my students self defense and how we go about it you can check the link here I realized the children are not happy because their old equipment is bad and for so many months now they have been training with no equipments at all one of them complain she doesn't want to train and you know children 😂.

So that same last week i decided to place order for some of their equipments without telling them because i want to surprised them and i want to make them happy so they can improve in their training. So i place order for two
Two chest guard
Two shine guards
Two arm guards
At first i thought i will not be able to get the order because of the stress i pass through, my order was sent to another state i place order to Lagos state and it was sent to Oyo state by mistake and the journey to get my order from Oyo state is almost 4 hours journey to my place, i had no choice than to travel down to Oyo state because of the equipments as I have promised myself that i will make those children happy 😊. I was so stressed because of that i got their equipment to my place.

The chest guard is to protect their chest anytime they are sparing or training, while the shine and arm guard is use to protect their shine and arm so they won't get injured when they are having contact kick .

Look at the smile 🥰 in their face as i help them to put it on and look at how beautiful they are 🤩. After all the the happiness in their face i told them to start training so as usual we begin the training with physical fitness exercises

Then move on to flexibility training I'm doing all that because i want them to train with the new equipment.

Since they have the equipment now i told them to use it for sparing and see how it going to fit in.

Yes that is them sparing each other and see how fit they both look in it 🥰 everything looks perfect on them. After so many practice i gave them water break as usual and have some talk with them after all that we resume back to training and they continue sparing meanwhile it is light sparring so no injuries at all . After all that they do some kicking pad before we call it a day and yes they were able to kick so perfect 😊.

We are beginning to close the training session and then we did some warning down exercises and ask the two of them how they feel about the new equipments i got for them. In shot the two of them gave me a tight 🤗🫂 hug expecially the little girl she so overwhelmed about it and I'm sure they will start improving more and more everytime we are training 🥰. We close the training session as usual and we took some pictures together.
