for the LOVE of raMEN| RAMEN Review|

Before the pandemic, I always dropped by there because I love the taste, the broth soup is really tasty and has a real kick of good ramen. Last year around October when the restaurant was open again I went there to dine, however, I have to be seated far apart from my fiancé. It is like eating solo but anyway it is okay what's important is that I can eat my favourite ramen cravings.

My fiancé and I went there to try how good their ramen is. When we arrived, the waiting line is really long, I mean this resto is really good because people are patient enough to wait for their turn. When it is our turn, I ordered Shio Ramen and Tantanmen Ramen for my fiancé. I also ordered Karage chicken and gyoza for the side dishes.

Normally I cannot finish the whole bowl but with Yushoken I crave for more. This is by far the tastiest ramen I've tasted in Cebu. The chicken karage is really soft and tasty at the same time. The only problem in getting there is to wait for the long line. Lately I found a new ramen house near my store in J. Alcantara St. Cebu City. It is called Ramenikuya Ramen House. I checked them on social media and the reviews were really good.

When I went to my store last thursday to do the audit, I was thinking to eat there by dinner time. Japanese Ramen is one of the noodles I love to eat aside from Pho and Korean Ramen. Around half past 6 in the evening I asked my fiancé to eat our dinner in that Ramen House. I am so intrigued why a lot of people in my feed are posting their ramen. The Ramen House is within walking distance of my Tea Shop like 15 minutes walk.

When we arrived, I was surprised because the setup is not the typical restaurant, it was a house and they turned their garage into a dining area. It has 2 sets of tables and 4 chairs. When I entered the house, I was approached by the chef and he showed me the menu using his cellphone. I ordered Icharaku Ramen as per the chef it is the favourite ramen of Naruto ( I am not even a fan of naruto who ever that is) I just want to eat that Ramen. My fiancé ordered Shoyu Tonkotsu. The taste is good, the broth is really tasty and creamy at the same time. It passes my Ramen standards and the price is reasonable too. I asked the chef if he work from Japan he said he just learned it overtime while watching videos. (amazing) till my next Ramen hunting 😋 Ciao Hivers.
