World of Warcraft NFT Game [ENG/ESP]

Last year at the end of July I decided to play World of Warcraft by invitation of one of my brothers and once I entered the tutorial I was completely hooked. As I progressed and leveled up I realized that it would be very difficult to stop playing it.

I remember that the landscapes every map and details every structure seemed so beautiful to me, I spent hours taking screenshots inside the game, I was like a kind of photographer in game, instead of leveling up the character I was walking around places and areas taking pictures (screenshots but let's call it pictures). It was magical and I got immersed in the game in a very nice way, besides that with my brother everything was more fun.

I was playing for about 1 year with my account until I received the hammer from Blizzard for suspicious activities without right of reply, of course that ban hurt me a lot, my account had a good team and the most expensive flying mount and several thousands of gold. In spite of that I didn't go into depression but I didn't feel like playing again until now as I write these lines. Nostalgia has invaded me while I remember so many things and review some pictures, I only share some of them but I assure you that I have many.

I was playing WOW Classic and having a good level I attended the different dungeons to then go to the different raids, I was acquiring the equipment of each of them, in the biggest raids like Black Wing Lair, Onyxia, Zul Gurub, AQ20 and AQ40, we used to do GDKP which is a kind of auction where the loot obtained in the dungeon was auctioned, at the end of the day the obtained was distributed among all members of the raid. Sometimes I was supported by this type of game for the dungeons, the so-called GDKP and I was handling large amounts of gold that I then had to distribute among the players. In all of this there was nothing illegal as what is grounds for banning is the exchange of gold for real money, however Blizzard does not know how to distinguish who is selling gold for real money or not, I think it is quite difficult.

With the release of WOW TBC there was a big hype and Blizzard was constantly moving updates to make everything go in the best way, we all moved to TBC, but while the move to the new version was being made there was an anecdote of this, one day the zone buff, was bugged and some people were launching the Zandalar Buff anywhere and anytime, but normally it could only be launched at a specific time and in a specific place, there was such an uproar in the Fairbanks server worth recording, I just assumed my role as a journalist and was taking some pictures.

At the top of the screen suddenly appeared those two characters, a Horde and an Alliance watching all of us and seconds later the Zandalar Buff Bug was corrected.

I was remembering all these adventures and the nostalgia invaded me completely, I must confess that I am installing the game and most likely I will play it again, I am encouraged to create content about it, we will see if it is just a nostalgia impulse or if it is something else. The only thing that discourages me a little is the wave of sudden bans and this is why I have my wish of games for this year.

My gaming wish for this year, is that World of Warcraft in all its versions is in an NFT mode, that is, players must buy the character instead of paying a subscription, somehow create two or three tokens that move the economy and Blizzard takes a commission of the trade, I know it is something very complicated but it is my wish. Just imagine the number of players in so many servers, some of us play for leisure and enjoy every creation and art inside the game, others love the PVP, others are dedicated to sell gold and others to buy gold, it is a universe that moves a gigantic economy inside the game and outside it, it would be ideal that everyone has a place no matter what they do. Everyone makes this game wonderful and creates a universe worth exploring. Despite the years and complications in the development of this game and all its versions, it is no longer the number one as it was a few years ago, I think it is still one of the greatest ever created and worth playing to meet people and hang out.

We all know that in every major game there is the exchange of gold for real money and this is something that directly affects the game experience and development, but my wish goes about that, maybe I am wrong and placing the game as NFT does not solve the problem, if that is the case then my wish is that someone finds the formula for everyone to have access to the game no matter what role they want to assume in an economic way.

El año pasado a finales de Julio decidí jugar World of Warcraft por invitación de uno de mis hermanos y una vez que entré en el tutorial quedé completamente enganchado. Al ir avanzando y subiendo niveles me di cuenta que sería muy difícil dejar de jugarlo.

Recuerdo que los paisajes cada mapa y los detalles cada estructura me parecían tan hermosos, pasaba horas tomando capturas de pantalla dentro del juego, era como una especie de fotógrafo in game, en vez de subir de nivel el personaje me paseaba por lugares y zonas tomando fotos (capturas de pantalla pero llamémoslo fotos). Era mágico y me sumergí en el juego de una forma bastante agradable, además que junto a mi hermano todo era más divertido.

Estuve jugando 1 año aproximadamente con mi cuenta hasta que recibí el martillo de Blizzard por actividades sospechosas sin derecho a réplica, claro que me dolió muchísimo ese ban, mi cuenta tenía un buen equipo y la montura voladora más costosa además de varios miles de oro. A pesar de ello no entré en depresión pero no tuve ganas de volver a jugar hasta ahora mientras escribo estas líneas. La nostalgia me ha invadido mientras recuerdo tantas cosas y reviso algunas fotos, solo les comparto algunas pero les aseguro que tengo muchas.

Estuve jugando WOW Classic y al tener un buen nivel asistí a las diferentes dungeons para luego ir a las diferentes raids, fui adquiriendo el equipo de cada una de ellas, en las raids más grandes como Guarida de Ala negra, Onyxia, Zul Gurub, AQ20 y AQ40, solíamos hacer GDKP que es una especie de subasta donde el botín conseguido en la mazmorra era subastado, al final de la jornada lo obtenido se repartía entre todos los miembros de la incursión. Algunas veces fui apoyo de este tipo de juego para las mazmorras, las llamadas GDKP y estuve manejando grandes cantidades de oro que luego debía repartir entre los jugadores. En todo esto no había nada ilegal ya que lo que es motivo de baneo es el intercambio de oro por dinero real, sin embargo Blizzard no sabe distinguir quien está vendiendo oro por dinero real o no, creo que es bastante difícil.

Con la salida de WOW TBC hubo un gran alboroto y Blizzard estaba moviendo actualizaciones constantemente para que todo se dé de la mejor manera, todos nos mudamos al TBC, pero mientras se hacía la mudanza de la nueva versión hubo una anécdota de esto, cierto día el buff de zona, se bugueo y algunas personas lanzaban el Buff de Zandalar en cualquier lugar y en cualquier momento, pero normalmente solo se podía lanzar en una hora específica y en un lugar específico, hubo tal alboroto en el servidor Fairbanks digno de grabar, yo solo asumí mi papel de periodista y estuve tomando algunas fotos.

Arriba aparecieron de repente esos dos personajes, un Horda y un Alianza observándonos a todos y segundos despues el Bug del Buff de Zandalar fue corregido.

Estaba recordando todas estas aventuras y la nostalgia me invadió por completo, debo confesarles que estoy instalando el juego y muy probablemente lo vuelva a jugar, me estoy animando a crear contenido sobre él, ya veremos si es solo un impulso por la nostalgia o si es otra cosa. Lo único que me desmotiva un poco es la ola de baneos repentinos y es por esto que tengo mi deseo de juegos para este año.

Mi deseo de juegos para este año, es que World of Warcraft en todas sus versiones sea de un modo NFT, es decir, los jugadores deben comprar el personaje en vez de pagar una suscripción, de algún modo crear dos o tres tokens que muevan la economía y Blizzard se lleve una comisión del trade, sé que es algo muy complicado pero es mi deseo. Solo imagino la cantidad de jugadores en tantos servidores, algunos jugamos por ocio y disfrutamos cada creación y arte dentro del juego, otros aman el PVP, otros se dedican a vender oro y otros a comprar oro, es un universo que mueve una economía gigantesca dentro del juego y fuera de él, sería ideal que todos tengan lugar sin importar a lo que se dediquen. Todos hacen que este juego se maravilloso y crean un universo que vale la pena explorar. A pesar de los años y las complicaciones en el desarrollo de este juego y todas sus versiones, ya no es el número uno como hace algunos años, creo que aún sigue siendo uno de los más grandes jamás creados y vale la pena jugarlo para conocer gente y pasar el rato.

Todos sabemos que en cada gran juego existe el intercambio de oro por dinero real y esto es algo que afecta directamente la experiencia de juego y el desarrollo, pero mi deseo va sobre eso, tal vez esté equivocado y el hecho de colocar el juego como NFT no resuelva el problema, si ese es el caso entonces mi deseo es que alguien encuentre la fórmula para que todos tengan acceso al juego sin importar el rol que quieran asumir de manera económica.
