Hola amigos de hive y comunidad @familly-friends, espero que tengan un bonito fin de semana.

El pasado 29 de Diciembre del 2023, la institución donde laboro nos hizo una despedida de fin de año. En esta ocasión alquilaron un restaurante muy conocido en la localidad de Cabudare, para celebrar con mucho esmero y agradecerle a todos el hecho de seguir juntos aportando conocimientos a la organización; asistimos aproximadamente 600 trabajadores.

De mi sitio de trabajo partieron autobuses para llevar al personal y quienes tenían su vehículo se fueron por su propia cuenta. A partir de las 10 de la mañana empezaron a llegar los agasajados al sitio, cada uno se fue ubicando en las mesas por departamento hasta la una de la mañana que finalizó este compartir.

En este encuentro entre compañeros de trabajo, amigos y conocidos, algunos hasta ya son casi familia debido a que muchos tenemos más de veinte años conociéndonos y laborando juntos, hemos pasado frustraciones, alegrías, tristezas, en fin, nos hemos caído pero también como familia unida que somos hemos sabido levantarnos y seguir hacia adelante para triunfar. Como se dice en criollo en mi país Venezuela: en la unión está la fuerza, por eso es momento de dar gracias a Dios por todo lo vivido y disfrutar juntos una bonita tarde-noche.

A cada trabajador al momento de llegar le colocaron un brazalete y una tickera que contenía 2 refrescos, 2 aguas, 5 cervezas y 1 soda. Aparte para cada mesa conformada por 5 personas les servían una botella de sangría.

Disfrutamos un rico almuerzo, cada trabajador se servía lo que le apetecía, por ser un restaurante self service, ofrecieron diferentes tipos de ensaladas, cremas, quesos, carnes, hallacas, pan con ajo, pan relleno con mermelada. Una vez que abrieron el buffet los mesoneros pasaban mesa por mesa ofreciendo los diferentes tipos de carne asada que estaban preparando como: pollo, pernil, lomito y punta, de verdad que para degustar todos estos alimentos hay que tener muy buen estómago, era demasiada comida.

A las 2 de la tarde llegó un grupo musical de música bailable, uno de vallenato y uno de gaitas, a esa hora inicio realmente la fiesta ya que la mayoría entre jóvenes y adultos empezaron a bailar y a disfrutar de la buena música, mientras que otros recorrían el lugar para disfrutar de su vegetación y su hermoso paisajismo.

A partir de las 7 de la noche hicieron una rifa con mas de cien premios, el brazalete tenía un numero de ocho cifras, una mano inocente sacaba un numero de una ruleta de tres cifras, cada quien estaba en suspenso, revisaba su brazalete que tenía en el brazo para observar si los últimos tres números correspondían al anunciado en la rifa. Entre los premios había cestas de comida, cosméticos, kit de aseo personal, aires acondicionados, bicicletas, secadores, cocinas, nevera, lavadora y por ultimo rifaron una moto, esa era la que yo quería ganarme, pero desafortunadamente entre tantos premios yo no logré ganar nada, pero si la pase súper bien.

Al terminar la rifa continuamos disfrutando hasta la una de la madrugada con los grupos musicales, había también payasos de luces. De verdad que fue una excelente despedida al 2023.

Justo a la una de la mañana empezaron a llamar y ordenar cual era el autobús que llevaría a los trabajadores dependiendo del sitio de su residencia, bajamos y nos fuimos colocando donde nos correspondía.

Last December 29th, 2023, the institution where I work gave us a farewell party for the end of the year. On this occasion they rented a very well known restaurant in Cabudare, to celebrate with great care and thank everyone for continuing together to contribute knowledge to the organization; approximately 600 workers attended.

Buses left from my place of work to take the staff and those who had their own vehicles left on their own. From 10 o'clock in the morning the guests began to arrive at the site, each one was placed at the tables by department until one o'clock in the morning when this sharing ended.

In this meeting between co-workers, friends and acquaintances, some are almost family because many of us have more than twenty years knowing each other and working together, we have gone through frustrations, joys, sorrows, in short, we have fallen but also as a united family we have been able to get up and move forward to succeed. As they say in Creole in my country Venezuela: in unity there is strength, so it is time to thank God for everything we have experienced and enjoy a beautiful evening together.

Upon arrival, each worker was given a bracelet and a box containing 2 soft drinks, 2 waters, 5 beers and 1 soda. In addition, each table of 5 people was served a bottle of sangria.

We enjoyed a delicious lunch, each worker served himself whatever he wanted, as it was a self service restaurant, they offered different types of salads, creams, cheeses, meats, hallacas, bread with garlic, bread stuffed with jam. Once they opened the buffet the waiters passed table by table offering the different types of grilled meat they were preparing such as: chicken, pork leg, lomito and punta, really, to taste all these foods you have to have a very good stomach, it was too much food.

At 2 o'clock in the afternoon arrived a musical group of dance music, one of vallenato and one of gaitas, at that time the party really started since most of the young and adults began to dance and enjoy the good music, while others walked around the place to enjoy its vegetation and its beautiful landscaping.

At 7:00 p.m. a raffle was held with more than 100 prizes,
The bracelet had an eight-digit number, an innocent hand drew a number from a three-digit roulette wheel, everyone was in suspense, checking their bracelet on their arm to see if the last three numbers corresponded to the one announced in the raffle. Among the prizes were food baskets, cosmetics, personal hygiene kits, air conditioners, bicycles, hairdryers, stoves, refrigerator, washing machine and finally they raffled a motorcycle, that was the one I wanted to win, but unfortunately among so many prizes I did not win anything, but I had a great time.

At the end of the raffle we continued enjoying until one in the morning with the musical groups, there were also clowns of lights. It really was an excellent farewell to 2023.

Just at one o'clock in the morning they started to call and order which was the bus that would take the workers depending on their place of residence, we got off and went to our places.
