Hola comunidad querida de @holos-lotus, me encantó el sentido de esta iniciativa: "Haz que pase" de @charjaim. Me invita a recordar que soy dueña autora y ejecutora de mis sueños y anhelos.

Hoy puedo rescatar una anécdota donde me encargué de hacer que sucediera y al sol de hoy ya tiene 10 años de vida activa.
Mi itinerario recorrido para hacer que sucediera
Empecé por ** Escuchar a mi ❤️**. Que me decía a gritos haz que pase por favor🙏
Aunque formaba parte de una buena empresa, amaba mi trabajo en el área de RRHH, tuve excelentes jefes que fueron mis grandes maestros,me sentía útil, aún así llegó un momento que me escuché y supe que quería trabajar por mi cuenta.
Objetivo: independizarme laboralmente.
No lo hice de inmediato, me tomo 3 años darle forma a mi plan
Responder a las siguientes preguntas me permitieron accionar para que después de 3 años ocurriera lo que tanto anhelaba:
❓¿Independizarme para qué?
❓¿Cuál era mi objetivo específico?
❓¿Dónde, cuando, cómo, con quién?
❓¿Cómo se hacía eso?
❓¿Con qué recursos internos y externos contaba?
❓¿Qué me faltaba aprender, adquirir antes de independizarme?
❓¿Qué talentos tenía que me ayudarian a emprender mi sueño?
❓¿Por qué creía que era capaz de lograr ese deseo?
❓¿Quién estaría apoyándome?
❓¿Cómo se llamaría mi proyecto?
Today I can rescue an anecdote where I was in charge of making it happen and to this day it already has 10 years of active life.
My itinerary to make it happen.
I started by Listening to my ❤️. That was screaming at me make it happen please🙏.
Although I was part of a good company, I loved my job in HR, I had excellent bosses who were my great teachers,I felt useful, still there came a time when I listened to myself and I knew I wanted to work on my own.
Objective: to become independent at work.
I didn't do it right away, it took me 3 years to shape my plan.
Answering the following questions allowed me to take action so that after 3 years what I longed for would happen:
❓Independence for what?
❓What was my specific goal?
❓Where, when, how, with whom?
❓How was that to be done?
❓What internal and external resources did I have?
❓What did I lack to learn, to acquire before becoming independent?
❓What talents did I have that would help me undertake my dream?
❓Why did I believe I was capable of achieving that desire?
❓Who would be supporting me?
❓What would my project be called?
Responder a estas preguntas me llevo tiempo.
☑️Comencé a formarme en el área de PNL, coaching ontológico, oratoria y otras disciplinas para adquirir herramientas y fortalecerme en áreas específicas que deseaba poner al servicio de otros.
☑️ Invertí tiempo y dinero en prepararme.
☑️Visualizaba a diario eso que tanto anhelaba.
☑️Recuerdo que hubo un momento crítico en la empresa donde no había recursos para contratar facilitadores para los adiestramientos y yo siempre levanté la mano, sabía que no me lo remunerarían sin embargo estaba segura que dictar tantos talleres (para 800 personas) me fortalecería.
☑️Por nada del mundo dejaba de mirar mi meta.
☑️ Me asesoré con conocidos que ya se habían atrevido a independizarse para que me compartieran sus buenas prácticas.
☑️ Me hice de oídos sordos a los comentarios como: no es fácil, es imposible en este momento, las condiciones no están dadas, la cosa se va a poner peor... Yo tenía que vivir mi experiencia, deseaba hacer que ocurriera.

☑️I started training in the area of NLP, ontological coaching, public speaking and other disciplines to acquire tools and strengthen myself in specific areas that I wanted to put at the service of others.
☑️ I invested time and money in preparing myself.
☑️I visualized on a daily basis that which I so longed for.
☑️I remember there was a critical moment in the company where there were no resources to hire facilitators for the trainings and I always raised my hand, I knew I would not be paid for it however I was sure that giving so many workshops (for 800 people) would strengthen me.
☑️For nothing in the world would I take my eyes off my goal.
☑️ I took advice from acquaintances who had already dared to become independent to share their good practices with me.
☑️ I turned a deaf ear to comments like: it's not easy, it's impossible at the moment, the conditions are not right, things are going to get worse.... I had to live my experience, I wanted to make it happen.
🌟Y después de 3 años, me atreví a seguir mi plan, el universo me abrió puertas porque sentía mi automotivación y dedicación para que eso ocurriera.
Ya han transcurrido 10 años desde que me independicé y nació: Activandoandoconsultores (@activandoandocp), me siento feliz de haberme enfocado en mi deseo. Sigo aprendiendo, creciendo y haciendo lo que me gusta.
Mis clientes han sido tanto empresas, como personas individuales, las cuales me han llenado de satisfacción al saber que mi servicio les ha gustado y servido para seguir adelante en sus procesos.
