Compliments of the season to you all. How are you all doing today, I hope you all are doing good and if you ask about me I am doing good to.

I am very happy to create a post today after some days. It's always a thing of joy for me to share my skill her in this great community on how to sew a car seat and my now many of your guys should be familiar on how to sew and reupholst a car seat. I don't only deals on car seat only but all car interior but I can not share other here because it is not related to sewing.

Here is the seat I just finished working now, and I decided to share it here first before the owner see it. How does it look like?

Here is the seat before if you wise to compare them.

This seat was giving to me by my customer and use to sale car, so he bought the car just to resale it and he discovered the driver seat leather has expired so he now call me to work for him. It took me 4 hours to finish the seat. Hope I am fast.
Since the day he discovered how good I am he never stop coming although he doesn't pay much.

I love sharing how I make my work come real because so people my think is not real . So let see some steps I follow.

Firstly, I loose the seat out from the frame for easy measurement with the help of my working tools ie spanner 🔧 and scroll driver

After loosing the seat I then use a measurement tape to take both the vertical and the horizontal length of each joining on the seat and then write ✍️ it out on the seat for easy reading

After that I then transfer the measurement to the new leather I want to use for the seat wish match with the original colour

After marking out, I then use scissors to cut it out following the line I draw.

After cutting it out I then shape out the pattern but placing the new cut material on the old seat and then trace it out.

After getting my pattern I then gum it to a car roof material to make it stronger and smooth

After gumming it all I then use scissors ✂️ to cut them out for sewing

I finally use a sewing machine to join the pattern together to form my new seat cover

Here is the finished sew seat cover.

After I finish sewing the new seat cover I then clip it to the frame with the help of pliar and clips

After clipping the center I the cover all the old seat with the new seat cover

Done cover the back and the main seat. See photo below

I then tight them together and here is the outcome.

After i tight the seat together I then tight back the side robber and then plug the seat regulators and here is what I have
