Physical exercise to improve mental health!

Our body and mind are connected, there is no need to say that. When talking about physical exercise our main focus comes in improving our body. But the great thing about physical exercise is we can do it to improve our mental health too.

We feel excited and happy when we do some physical activity like sports or running in nature. It works as a mood booster and thus improves positivity in life. Not only that, research says that the endorphins hormone increases it's release when we exercise.

It's not like every kind of physical exercise will impact positively help boost our mood and improve our mental health. We need to change a little the way we do exercise to make that happen.

Let's see!

  • Try to do some sort of exercise at least three to five days a week. You don't have to go to the gym or do any hard exercise. Running, even walking or some freehand exercise would be enough.

  • If possible, try to do your physical activity outdoor. Like instead of running on the treadmill, run outside; do yoga or meditation outside.

  • Also, you can add some music, fragrance, soft tune whatever you like to add during your exercise. This will help you to feel motivated.

Understanding our body math is easy. When we do physical exercise it makes us healthy> boost our mood and makes us happier increase our motivation to better in life. And it leads to having a healthy and happy life.

You see, how some simple physical exercise can not only improve our health but also it impacts positively in our whole life. So, what are we waiting for?
