Did you ever notice, how negative thoughts occupy your mind? It's like a continuous pressure and fight in our head. It gets worse when we can't express what we are thinking rather pretend to be happy.

The best reliever is, producing more happy thoughts!

You may think it's hard but it's actually not. You just have to replace your negative thoughts. Take an example from your life and relate to it.

When you think something bad about someone, pause there. Think, what's the benefits you are gaining by that? If not, then what could be the best thought you can have about that person. Remind yourself, what good thoughts can help you and that person to be better in life.

This process is very simple. But the thing is, we don't feel the urge to get out of this chain of negativity.

So here are some examples of how you can start doing this in your daily life...

  • Start thinking 'good' about yourself, remind yourself of the achievements; even if it's very small. Like you managed to pay off your house rent or made someone smile.

  • Think only of the good thing about others. Don't assume anything, be clear, and don't worry about others' life. This will help you get out of so many negative thoughts.

  • Increase positivity in life. Smile more, worry less, enjoy your day, do the best, minimize your lifestyle, release stress, and so on to have a healthy physical and mental life.

Now I guess, you find it not that much difficult to have happy thoughts in your mind. Whenever you find yourself worrying or stressing about something and thinking something negative; remind yourself to not do that with some positive thoughts!
