Super food - What are those and why we need to eat them more?

If you are looking for eating healthy, losing weight, taking care of your heart, eyes and boosting your brainpower; then there are some easy food choices for you. It seems surprising, I know. Like how could some food cover all these? Well, that's why they called it superfoods!

I guess we all have more or less an idea of what that food can be. I'm not going to elaborate on what every food got nutritional value because it's just a click away, you can get it very easily. So I'm gonna talk about how you can add them more into your meal plan.

Let's see...

  • Apple and berries
  • Egg and fish fat
  • Carrots and spinach
  • Nuts

You see, most of them are plant-based and rich in fiber. They are full of nutrients and antioxidants that help you prevent many diseases. Also, they work to boost our immunity. That's why these food are called a superfood.

Take a look at the list and ask yourself, how many times a day you intake at least one of the food. It's not very tough to include an egg in our meal plan or some berries or nuts as a snack. But we don't do that.

Let's see how we can make that happen!

  • Put the chart on your fridge or somewhere you can notice.
  • Bring a pre-written list to the grocery shop so you don't forget to buy them.
  • Add the nuts or fruits somewhere like on the snack container so you don't miss eating them.
  • Change your cooking plan to add the super veggies and food more.

The best thing about the superfood is they are not highly expensive, they are not rare or taste horrible. If you put a little intention, you can add some to your everyday meal!
