I can't complain with how this pizza turned out and it didn't last too long either haha.

Once the stone has cooled down I scrape it with one of those hard plastic scrapers like this one

A little water and a sponge does the rest. Your stone will eventually start to have staining but that's a good thing as it shows you've been using it. I've heard baking soda and water may help but it's going to happen at some time and is unavoidable.

I've had my eye on baking steel for years as they apparently hold the heat even better. One day I'll test out that theory.

Have you been watching any films recently? I'm super backlogged on the glut of horror that has come out recently and feel I'll be that way for awhile. There's been so many resurfacing franchises lately it makes my head spin.

I'm curious to hear your take on Deadstream if you write about that one at some point. That was a pleasant surprise after so many stinkers lately.

Deadstream sure as hell was a great surprise! It's on the list to review, right now I've got so many to churn out that I may end up sitting for a couple of days to get everything written, but in short it's coming!
