Naturally, life is full of competition. Everything space in life is always full of people that are competing for it to take over the space, conquer more and make such territory their place of abode continually. The reason for this is that the ground that many people are competing for is so fertile that they don't want anybody to take over it from them. So on the aspect of rising, one must first of all understand that every space is occupied and the only thing that can give you space in the midst of crowded fighters is what you have that is exceptional and unique, which other competitors don't have.

Value resides on the inside; it is only the outside that shows if one is truly valuable or not. To some people, what makes them valuable is the skill they acquired, which has made room for them to stay at the top and remain. Having something good on the table to provide and that which solves problems is what value is all about.

Work On Your Morals:
Most times, the reason why those who dream of rising don't meet their expected end is because their moral levels are too low. Regardless of the fact that their value propensity and what they have to offer are high because their morals are too toxic to be handled, even if the person finds job opportunities or contracts because of the way they behave, their character and their approaches, the contract doesn't stay for long. It doesn't matter how valuable one thinks he is; if the moral value is too low, it will close doors.

There is an adage that says, "Tell me your friend and I will tell you who you are.". Most of the connections we have come from our community and circle of friends. The friends we keep have a role to play in our lives. Be it intentional or unintentional, keep friends of value and those that have relevant things to offer; its not just about the number you keep but who and what they have to offer.
