Twitter Overhauled as 50Percent of the Workers Sacked
The social media app called Twitter has taken a new dimension since the declaration of a new ownership as Elon musk. A different takeoff to a new sphere of socialization and adaptation in regards to a handover of power following the reaching of agreement with the former Twitter owner to the recent owner has forced half of the odd staffs to end their works and partnership as pertaining to the handling of the affairs of the company.

The workers been shut off their work in respective areas of specialization as they woke up to see a different path of life to face. As per the report from Twitter, they stopped these workers off from work asking them to say back and await for their fate of continuity with their job. In response to the sack has one of the sacked workers raised a lamentation of the act being inhuman and unbearable in that they woke up ready to normal workday not to receive an email of sack which demoralized them cutting their hope of exploits.

A quick recall that Elon musk being a business man has been involved in business transactions and dealings for years and as such has the intellectuals and manipulations as to tackling business outcomes. Calculating the staggering amount of dollars paid and the processes involved to have a full ownership, there are on-slots as ways to have the spent money back. Am involvement of a different team of movement which is the Tesla has overpowered and taken the works meant for the workers.
Placing a ban on works involving advertisement on Twitter, there is also a different level of moderation taken on Twitter which involves Twitter not for free again as there is an imposed task for the maintenance of the verified account on Twitter which before now was free and had no tax to pay.
i think that if a business is even capable of carrying on with 50% of the workforce not included this would indicate that there was a tremendous amount of redundancy in the first place, right?
That could be considered right a bit but don't you think that the work load will he much on the incumbent workers?.
I worked for companies in the past that went through a restructuring and while we groaned when it was happening all of us that weren't determined to be redundant were very aware of the fact that we had maybe 30 minutes each of actual work to do in a day prior to the changes. When the restructuring happened now we found ourselves with 1.5 hours a day of actual work to do.
I'm not saying Twitter is just like this but it very well could be. We'll have to wait and see.
