Work, money problems, life situations, and body feelings. All of them will go directly into our thoughts. We will start to think it's hard for us to breathe. Okay, it's very stressful, even suffocating. It's hard to avoid all of those. We might be thinking of ignoring it but it won't be possible. As long as we want to live the worries of our thoughts exist. We need to do something for a better life in the future. That's why it's not simple to just forget it instead.

Our mind or brain is affected the most. It can't think well because just like a human body, it's overworked. Sometimes we begin to feel anxious and it feels like there's no room for happiness. Stressing our minds too much will end up in depression. That kind of illness of our brain that we thought it's too much to handle. It seems like there is no breather in your life. No one can blame them because all of them have their own worries to think about. They just don't speak up because they will think it's for them to solve. That's why most of us will think despair for now allowing ourselves to reach someone. The worst case is when we will think it's over.

In times like this, you need to persevere. Take a deep breath while thinking about what will happen if you pull a trigger. Stop thinking about the worries or the problems you have. Don't restrain yourself from thinking happy moments. Remember that we love to live in this world because of happiness. Now, if you will think you're not happy anymore, think again. I know a part of your memories or in your mind. There's happiness that can't show up because you decided to hide it. You will think you don't have the right to be happy. Don't think like that because all of us have the right. We have the privilege to be happy since living in this world is a gift.

If you don't know how to speak up about all problems just like me. Visit a place where it calms your mind. Set a time for you to kill it by doing nothing. There's nothing particular you will do. Stay there, look at your surroundings. Widened your sight together with the way you think of life. No payment to do this but you just need precious time to release it all. If you want to be alone it's better because no one will disturb your imagination. That makes the world better when we start diving into our imagination. It's impossible but if for instance, it will lessen your worries, do that.

Don't think you're just wasting your time. You're using it in the best way to persevere in life. You need to relax first and start breathing well without thinking anything. Heal your mind by letting it feel the relaxation of your body. Open your eyes and enjoy the quietness that surrounds you. Keep it in your mind that life is a gift and we should cherish it. Just remain what you're thinking and explore more about the world. Let's say just think of anything or ask anything. For example, why is the sky blue? Why can't the wind be seen? Just a random stupid question to fill your thoughts with that curiosity and forget what you've been thinking until now.

If you thought about it already. You can smile alone. Talk alone. Enjoy alone. You can do anything just to forget all the worries you have. You can think of riding in the wind or walking in the water. Just keep on thinking that will make your mind rest for stressful problems. Stop thinking about all of those because no matter how perfect your life is. A problem will always be there because it's part of us. Just like being happy, there will always be the time to make us sad.

Find a place just like this I'm in now. A peaceful place that for sure will help me to relax my mind. Keep on doing something if you want to keep on living in this world. That's the secret if you want to enjoy life.
