Picture of a beautiful day. It's a very nice day for me. Sunny weather in winter, a walk on the beach and a good coffee. Here is my beautiful day picture. A great place for a Wednesday walk.

I freed myself today. A day where I just live in the moment, away from all kinds of pursuits, without conditioning myself. I'm at Antalya Konyaaltı beach at noon. I came with my friend, but he runs on the beach to lose weight. Because he feels unhappy because of his weight and he thinks that he will feel happy when he loses weight.

I opened my chair on the beach. I bought a coffee. I just watched the sea and the beach. The winter sun really warmed me up. I got all the sunlight I couldn't get in the summer. I walked a little on the beach. I watched those who saw the sea. Is there @damla among those who swim in the sea? I looked and there wasn't any. I felt relieved. I closed my eyes and just listened to the sound of the waves.

Forty minutes of peace. I relieved the tiredness of the whole week. I touched my feet to the water. The water was warmer than I thought. But I still never thought about swimming. 😀

I watched the children playing on the beach. First they threw a few stones into the sea. They were playing with the waves. They managed to escape the wave a few times, but in the end the wave won again. His feet and clothes got wet. Their mother was a little angry. But the children were very happy. I guess this is the fate of every child and mother on the beach.

Then my friend came. He was tired because he was walking, but he was happy because he was going to lose weight. He said we should definitely come when the weather is nice. But I think he will stop walking after a week at most. But of course I didn't tell him this thought.😀 I said, as long as you walk, I will accompany you every day.

Our short break from life's responsibilities was over and we went to work. We entered the role of employee again. But it is more vigorous and peaceful. The picture of a beautiful day is that simple for me. There is no need to spend a lot of energy or money. I don't think you should overestimate happiness. Don't try too hard to be happy, just create a calm perspective. Thank you very much for reading.

**Güzel bir günün resmi; Konyaaltı Sahili.

Güzel bir günün resmi. Benim için çok güzel bir gün. Kışın güneşli bir hava, sahilde bir yürüyüş ve güzel bir kahve. İşte benim güzel gün resmim. Çarşamba yürüyüşü için harika bir yer.

Bugün kendimi azat ettim. Her türlü arayıştan uzak, kendimi şartlandırmadan sadece anı yaşadığım bir gün. Ögle arası Antalya Konyaaltı sahilindeyim. Arkadaşımla geldim ama o zayıflamak için sahilde koşuyor. Çünkü kilosu nedeniyle kendini mutsuz hissediyormus ve zayıflayınca mutlu hissedeceğini düşünüyor.

Ben sahilde sandeyemi açtım. Bir kahve aldım. Sadece denizi ve kumsalı seyrettim. Kış güneşi gerçekten içimi ısıttı. Yazın alamadığım bütün güneş ışıklarının aldım. Kumsalda biraz yürüdüm. Denize görenleri seyrettim. @damla denize girenlerin arasında @damla varmı? baktım yok. İçim rahat etti. Gözlerimi kapadım ve sadece dalgaların sesini dinledim.

Kırk dakikalık bir huzur. Bütün haftanın yorgunluğunu attım. Ayaklarımı suya degdirdim. Su düşündüğümden daha sıcaktı. Ama yinede yüzmeyi asla düşünmedim. 😀

Sahilde oynayan çocukları izledim. Önce denize bir kaç taş attılar. Dalgalarla oyun oynuyorlardı. Dalgadan bir kaç defa kaçmayı başardılar ama sonunda yine dalga kazandı. Ayakları ve kıyafetleri ıslandı. Anneleri biraz kızdı. Ama çocuklar çok mutluydu. Sahilde ki her çocuğun ve annenin kaderi bu sanırım.

Sonra arkadaşım geldi. Yürüdüğü için yorgun, ama kilo vereceği için mutluydu. Havalar güzel olduğun da mutlaka gelelim dedi. Ama en fazla bir hafta sonra yürüyüşü bırakacağını düşünüyorum. Ama tabiki bu düşüncemi ona söylemedim.😀 Sen yeterki yürü ben hergün sana eşlik ederim dedim.

Hayatın sorumluluklarına verdigimiz kısa molamız bitti ve işe gittik. Yeniden çalışan rolüne girdik. Ama daha dinç ve huzurlu. Güzel bir günün resmi benim için bu kadar basit. Çok fazla enerji ve ya para harcamaya gerek yok. Bence Mutluluğu gözünüzde çok büyütmeyin. Mutlu olmak için çok çaba göstermeyin sadece sakin bir bakış açısı yaratın.
