My Concept of Freedom

Thinking about what freedom really means to me at this phase of my life, i begin to wonder if i can really be free but here are my thoughts.

Firstly, ill need to answer these questions; what constraints me, what influences my descisions, what keeps me going even when my body doesn't want to then ill know what freedom will mean to me.

It may sound weird but everyday i wake up to almost the same routine; pray in the morning, go to work, read for my exams, try to make a post on hive whenever i'm chanced and reach out to friends and family.

Now each day comes with its challenges, having to work and still read, still crosscheck your to do list to see undone tasks.

I get tired but i keep grinding why because i seek to have financial independence, i seek to be a better personality in future, i seek to have a better life for me and my loved ones.

Are there times i feel like i should just lay down all day and rest? Well very often than not but you see i don't have that freedom and liberty to do so.

I am a prisoner to my goals, my dreams and the brighter future i look foward to and until i get there i can never actually be free.

Will i ever be free? Well i don't know because achieved goals come with more goals and each have their constraints.

I know it's a strange version but this is what freedom is too me but look at the bright side, not being free now will help me break grounds, breakthrough limits and become better and this is my desire.
