Hello, dear community #Needleworkmonday, receive a warm greeting. Hoping everyone is well. Today I present to you the project that consists of a bag in black color and nylon material. I hadn't crocheted a bag for several months. This one came out of necessity, since I have to attend the novena of the wife of a friend who passed away recently. A little sad about this unfortunate event, but since I don't have a black bag to complete my wardrobe, I decided to knit it, I looked for the material and in my free time I finally finished it, since the novena will be on Tuesday, thank goodness I finished it on time. Without further ado, I will describe the steps. Size: 15x22 cm.

Tenía varios meses que no tejía a crochet un bolso. Este surgió por la necesidad, ya que tengo que asistir al novenario de la esposa de un amigo que falleció hace poco. Un poco triste por lamentable suceso, pero en vista que no tengo un bolso color negro para completar mi vestuario, me dispuse a tejer, busqué el material y entre mis ratos libres por fin logré terminarlo, puesto que el día del novenario será el martes, menos mal que lo terminé a tiempo. Sin más preámbulos paso a describir los pasos. Medida: 15x22 cm
Step by step//Paso a paso
Materials//Materiales:
- Black nylon thread.
- Crochet needle Nº 2.
- Tinder.
- Measuring tape.
- Hilo nailon color negro.
- Aguja crochet Nº 2.
- Yesquero.
- Cinta métrica.
Abbreviations//Abreviaciones:
Ch: chain(s).
mp: half point.
mpa: half high point.
aum: increases.
pa: high point.
pr: slipped stitch.
Ch: cadena(s).
mp: medio punto.
mpa: medio punto alto.
aum: aumento.
pa: punto alto.
pr: punto deslizado.
Process//Proceso:
The bottom
- v1: made 30 chs, return in second ch, make 3 mp, continue with one mp to end, make 3mp at same point, continue until you reach first point, and finish pr.
- v2, up to v7: repeat v1, do aum(2mp), only in turns.
The body
- v1: make pop corn stitch in all loops, which is produced by making 05 st, cast off loop, and insert needle in first st, pull loop, make 2 chs, in the air, skip a space and make another pop corn, until you cover the whole loop, finish with pr.
- v2, to v10: Repeat v1.
- v11, v16: Make mp, all the way around.
- In v14: make an opening to support the pull with the knot.
Purl:
- Make 60 cm of chs, return in the next ch mp in each stitch to the end.

- v1: Hice 30 chs, devolver en la segunda ch, hacer 3 mp, seguir con un mp hasta el final, hacer 3mp en un mismo punto, seguir hasta llegar al primer punto, y terminar pr.
- v2, hasta v7: repetir v1, hacer aum(2mp), solo en las curvas.
El cuerpo
- v1: Hacer punto pop corn en todas las vueltas, el cual se produce haciendo 05 pa, soltar lazada, e insertar la aguja en el primer pa, halar la lazada, hacer 2 chs, al aire, saltar un espacio y hacer otro corn pop, hasta cubrir toda la vuelta, terminar con pr.
- v2, hasta v10: Repetir v1.
- v11, v16: Hacer mp, en toda la vuelta.
- En la v14: hacer una abertura para soportar el tirante con el nudo.
Tira:
- Hacer 60 cm de chs, devolver en la ch siguiente mp en cada punto hasta el final.
Assembly//Ensamblado:
- The strap is inserted into the opening and a small knot is tied at each end.
- El tirante se inserta en la abertura y se hace un pequeño nudo en cada punta.
… And ready my crochet bag of 15 × 22 cm.
I'm happy to finish this little bag which will contain my cell phone, fan, key, alcohol, another small accessory (a rosary 📿).

Para asistir a los actos funerales la vestimenta formal es lo más adecuado y con los colores neutros, para mí era muy necesaria hacer este hermoso bolso, ya que no tenía uno negro y pequeño.
Mourning in the 50's, 60's, 70's was very strict, the mourners wore black, when my grandparents died my mother wore all black for more than a year. Then as the years went by the fashion became more flexible, brown, white, black-white, purple, gray were allowed. Nowadays, the use of jeans has been included, and even any color is allowed. There are no restrictions anymore, at least here in this country.
El luto por los años 50, 60,70 era muy estricto, los deudos se vestían de negro, cuando mis abuelos murieron mi mamá se vistió de negro completamente por más de un año. Luego al pasar de los años se fue flexibilizando la moda, se permitía los colores marrón, blanco, negro-blanco, morado, gris. En la actualidad se ha incluido el uso del jeans y hasta se permite cualquier color. Ya no hay restricciones, por lo menos aquí en este país.
