Wishful Wednesday | Unlimited Energy

It is said that energy can neither be created nor destroyed. However, it can always change from one frequency to another.

For the past few days, I’ve been operating on a low frequency, I even ditched the gym a couple of days now, and I haven’t yet went to the gym this week, and it’s Wednesday already.

How time flies

The reason for really feeling a depletion of energy is something that started since I went for a 3 days Virgil back to back, and while I should’ve been able to bounce back like my brother, I didn’t for the fact that after the service I’m usually stuck on commenting, strolling and writing on Hive all through the night.

For this reason, I had to take some time off because I could sense a burnout feeling about to erupt.

My mind is strong, but the body isn’t. And sometimes even when I try to trick my body into going into an energy fueled mode with some motivation, it often doesn’t last as only my mind is fired up while my body isn’t in the same frequency as my mind.

This, I believe, is the core of my burnout feeling as the body needs some rest to recharge, which I haven’t been giving it and only pushing through the whole day with a feeling of exhaustion almost every day.

Every so often I wish I could have unlimited energy that never runs out.

But that’s something that isn’t given to any man, even Jesus had to rest in the scripture after doing all sorts of spiritual stuff. Writing is soothing and spiritual to some extent in my life because it has got me through a whole lot of sh*t if I wasn’t penning some of those weird thoughts and ideas down and publishing it online. Occasionally, I don’t, but most of it gets published.

Presently, I feel refreshed after taking some time off, but as the theme of today reads, I can’t help but think about my fantasy of having unlimited energy someday where I don’t have to be faced with any form of burn out or lower energy vibrations.
